Showed him the issue and he explained what he would do to fix the issue. Cleared out the clogged line, checked the temp control unit and replaced icemaker, temp unit, etc. Checked the back of refrig bottom and saw a clog of debris was flushed out with the steaming of the defrost line. He was extremely kind and even walked me through the issue and showed me while he was diagnosing how the issue happened that caused my belt to break. and while he was there he went above and beyond and did a full cleaning of the inside of all my lint and buildup over the years that was very nice. He was back right on time the next morning at 9 am sharp and had the new belt installed and had us up and running cant recommend them enough.

Being pressed for time as he was so busy during the holidays I actually agreed to do the repairs myself if he would just get me the parts.
