This shop is closed on Mondays, so I sent Tim an email Monday morning through his website inquiring about getting my waverunner in there ASAP and didn't expect to hear back until the next day. Surprisingly, Tim emailed me back that afternoon and ended up coming to my house to look at my machine in hopes it would be an easy and quick fix.
