While changing my oil, Dan and the tech, Nikolai, were able to find some other issues including my brakes, egr valve gasket and camshaft plug. They were honest with me regarding what they found and gave me a decent price without tryin to run me up which I appreciated. Overall, they did a great job with my car and they didn't try to push unnecessary work to be done on my car. I will continue to use them and I would highly recommend everyone else to as well. Unfortunately that's not the case I went in for a shake to my tires I even suggested they check my tire rods. They mentioned changing the control arms so I decided fine let's do that. If that's the problem. Paid over $640 for my car to do the same thing I took it in for when I left I took it back two days later. they said no everything okay and looks fine. Here I am at jiffy lube getting a simple oil change three weeks after and they said yes you need tire rods on the right side where I told master pros about the shake. & yup spent $640 for nothing please be careful. This all happened the same day that the front desk girl crashes another customer car. They wouldn't work with me on getting this situation resolved. They didn't return phone calls. My insurance agent said I was supposed to do a 3 way call with them and State Farm claims and that didn't happen. Finally it got worked out somehow and I was supposed to bring my car in. They would usually call me when I had a claim but not this time and they didn't call me to pick it up. I was not given any paperwork. The work was done ok . Paint didn't match up too well but I'll live with it.
