A HUGE thank you to Andy for helping out with an urgent issue. My Wave Runner is serviced (and…read morewinter stored) at Maxxx Motorsport. I live in Florida and fly in a few times a year to enjoy our place in Wisconsin. Two weeks before the Labor Day weekend when my wife, kids and me were coming in, our Wave Runner got damaged. Andy referred me to someone who does fiber glass body work. I lined up the body work person but had no way to get the Wave Runner to him. Maxxx dropped off a trailer at my place in Elkhorn the same day for the repair person to use, then came back to pick it up. Without their amazing service we would not have had the repair done in time and Labor Day would have been a bust. Thanks Andy for saving the day!

Started right up but when put in the water would not go 5' told me jet pump needed to be completely rebuilt and when tested after pump rebuilt carburetors had to be rebuilt. I would have taken back originally for discounted labor and mat if it failed after some use but to fail immediately I felt that after being told it was in good shape by dealer all credibility was lost. Had to spend $1000.00 before using for one minute. Think very carefully before buying a used piece of equipment from this co. I could not give 0 stars

The owner told me that the four wheeler I wanted would be available the next day and just to stop back at the same time. I came back the next day as instructed to find out there was still no four wheeler and everything they told me the day before it was just BS. apparently, they had one sitting in a box somewhere that no one bothered to put together, even though I told them I wanted one. Basically treating me like my time is worth nothing. On top of this when the salesman walked into the showroom and looked at me the first thing out of his mouth was " what's your problem " I guess he didn't like the look on my face?? after he informed me that they still didn't have a four wheeler available. I got frustrated said forget and started to leave. At that point, the salesman followed me around the property calling me a " tough guy" several times while attempting to leave. I got angry at that point and attempted to report that to his supervisor who is no better. He let me know that I was thrown out of the building, which was ironic because all I was trying to do was leave while being called names by the first salesman. Just a bunch of BULlIES wasting your time, go up the road to Beloit Honda Yamaha, and Madison.

5 Stars - Outstanding Service from Isabel at DPS Motorsports!…read more I recently purchased a 2024 Honda Goldwing from DPS Motorsports, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience--especially thanks to Isabel. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely enthusiastic about helping me find the right bike. Isabel made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She answered all my questions with confidence and clarity, never rushed me, and made sure I was completely comfortable with every aspect of the purchase. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and friendly attitude really stood out. The Goldwing itself is everything I hoped for--powerful, smooth, and loaded with features--but what made the experience truly memorable was the level of care Isabel put into making it all happen. If you're in the market for a motorcycle, I highly recommend DPS Motorsports--and definitely ask for Isabel. She's a true asset to the team and made this an exceptional buying experience from start to finish!

Got the bike back after a $200+ oil change and safety inspection, and the broken clutch lever was not even noticed, makes me wonder what else was missed. The bike was dirty when I dropped it off, still dirty when I got it back. Dirty isn't the problem, but the dirt lets me know what was and was not touched. Really wondering if anything was actually checked. And again, being stared at silently like I had tree heads when standing at the service desk was really off-putting. Went back recently and the staff were different guys (the service department has since been moved to the other side of the building). They were more normal and friendly, but I cant get over the weird experience last season and still wonder what was missed that last time. Update: second time I've been in since my weird experience- very friendly and helpful. Worked with me to get my bike back on time before a scheduled trip. Very glad that the odd experience was a one- off type thing.

The showroom for them is separate and it's beautiful. I was helped by Anna. She is an amazing professional and I truly appreciated the level of care I was given. At the end of the day, i went with a Royal Enfield Super Meteor 650 I got at Randy's . It was simply a matter of practicality and budget. Randy had the bike I wanted. But my next bike , you never know! I also looked at Triumphs and Moto Guzzi . But those Indians are sweet and I would definitely seek Anna out. Since I got the bike I've had a couple of opportunities to work with Zack over the phone in parts. He too is super friendly and very professional. Very accommodating. I also got some help in their gear department looking at helmets and such. Again, great service. I personally think this is a well run business and has a well trained professional team in place . I look forward to working with them on the service and parts side and possibly a bike down the road.

I got hassled over my bike preferences to the point of qualifying as demeaning and disrespectful. I got an offer $1500 below what my trade was worth from a sales manager who wouldn't negotiate or leave his office to look me in the eye. My bike is like new with less than 3k miles but my rear tire is "bumpy" plus they have to clean my chain and detail it and do their in house inspection (which they bill themselves for???) BTW they'll mark every purchase up with TONS of fees so if you're considering purchasing here just make sure to add at least $2000 to everything before showing up to look at it. I should have known, after being told that my color and model preferences were dumb and uninformed by a salesman, that I shouldn't go back. The bike I wanted to look at had stripped out threads in the oil pan (leaking) so I didn't even get to sit on it anyways because customers can't be in the mechanics shop and nobody told me about it until I was at the front desk. Hit up Cedar Creek Motorsports or Mad City Powersports. This is not a customer service kind of place and that's an issue when you're spending the kind of money that you would here.
