We ordered the premium and luxury roll combos, and shared between us. We chose the Superman roll and the Yongster roll and the LV Salmon roll. All very good. Their classic rolls were also good, we had eel avocado, spicy salmon and shrimp tempura. Oh we also had the pork gyoza which was very good, but the beach ball was just so delicious and different. We were so stuffed we had to pass on dessert. Maybe next time... So happy that they are right here!

My son always orders the same things, Karaage, pork belly bao and tonkatsu ramen and never eats corns and ground pork floating in the rich broth in it. He says he does not want to cause the lady doubt her cooking is less than perfect lol. Instead he packs it back to home. He does enjoys the pork belly buns every time. Today's fat/lean ration on the pork belly is a bit off. The flavor remains tasty however. The Karaage is somewhat dry. Not sure is because different coating used or over cooked. Over all is a pleasant ramen spot to visit. I think sometimes people like some places is not Soly for food but for what other reasons make you feel good welcoming

It was reasonably priced and contained well more than enough sushi/sashimi for both of us. Also included two premium rolls. Every piece was thick and tasted amazingly fresh. More recently, some of the sushi restaurants give you very thin slivers of fish with lots of rice. This was the opposite! We will definitely be returning and will make this our go to place for sushi on the North Shore of Long Island. Service was very fast and accurate. Restaurant was typical sushi restaurant decor and ambience.
