Stir Fried Butter Prawns

This food court is pleasantly surprising me everytime I come here. Today, I wanted to try One One Asian Cuisine. I ordered their prawn dish and it was delicious. Not disappointed at all. Serve with steamed rice, the plate was overflowing with perfectly cooked prawns. Tender yet justice and the crunchiness of the batter makes it the perfect texture for a meal. I can't wait to try some of their other dishes.

My family ate at the food court in Jusgo and tried a Malaysian stall that opened this year called One One Asian Cuisine. We got the chow kway teow, seafood laksa, seafood stir fried wet noodle, and the chicken curry. After you order, these places give you a buzzer to pick up your order. When picking up the Malaysian food, remember to ask for their sambal sauce, it really elevates every dish. The chow kway teow had a really good wok smoky flavor but was a little bland in flavor. I still really enjoyed it though, especially with the sambal sauce. I didn't try the curry or the laksa but I did try the wet noodle stir fry. The texture of the wet noodle was pretty good but I thought it was a little bland as well.

Located in my fav cafeteria in Plano serving Malaysian food! Food is so good - got wet noodles with seafood, beef curry pastry, and roti canai. Great price too! Service was amazing, I think the owner served it himself. Never had to wait so long. Overall a great experience and will come back!!!

Cold and not authentic. Terrible food. Took a while to get the food ready and just taste bl a h. Ordered the laksa noodle and it's just bad. Kinda instant Ramen ish. The chicken taste frozen.

Chow Kway Teow: A+ (MUST TRY!) The wok flavor is soooo good! Seafood Curry Lasak Noodle Soup: A Definitely will return to try other dishes.

A friend of mine recommended the Malaysian food at the food court, which I'd seen but hadn't tried. My best friend and I gave it a shot today and it exceeded expectations - tasty and affordable. We'll be back.

A True Malaysian Gem Tucked Away in the Food Hall! You know the drill: you walk into a massive Asian food hall, get overwhelmed by the options, and almost miss the smaller, unassuming stalls. Do yourself a favor and do not miss One One Asian Cuisine. Tucked into the left side as you enter the Legacy Drive Food Hall, this little Malaysian eatery is a complete powerhouse of flavor and easily the best surprise I've had all year. The vibe is no-frills, which is exactly how you know the focus is entirely on the food. The service is quick, friendly, and genuinely warm--the owners always seem happy to guide newcomers through the menu. Don't expect fancy lighting or linen napkins, but do expect the smell of chili, coconut, and freshly fried roti that instantly transports you overseas. Now for the main event: the food. Their Nasi Lemak is the gold standard--the rice is perfectly infused with coconut milk, the sambal has a fiery, complex kick, and the crunchy anchovies and peanuts are exactly what they should be. It's comforting, satisfying, and deeply authentic. If you're feeling adventurous, try the Curry Laksa. The broth is rich, creamy, and spicy, brimming with noodles and tender chicken. And please, order the Roti Canai (maybe two orders). It arrives hot, flaky, and unbelievably soft, perfect for dipping in the savory lentil curry. This isn't just fast food; it's genuine, homemade Malaysian cooking at incredible value. If you're looking for authenticity and the kind of flavors that linger in the best possible way, skip the line at the popular places and head straight for this hidden gem. Five out of five stars, easily!

Heard about a new Malaysia restaurant inside the Chinese Food Court, have to try their Chow Kway Teow / 炒粿條 / 炒貴刁. It is authentic & flavorful, the wok taste itself will take you over for sure!

Dallas has been longing for some good, authentic Malaysian cuisine for the longest time! Many have tried and failed to fill the big shoes left by Lion City. Well, One One Asian might just be that place. We accidentally stumbled into it at the Chinese Food Court in Plano. The menu is relatively simple and has all the popular Malay dishes. We opted for the classics - curry puffs and chicken curry laksa. Curry puffs were delicious...flaky with a potato filling. It didn't come with sambal sauce but after asking the owner was kind enough to get us some. The laksa was outstanding in its complexity and depth of flavor. Even with coconut milk, it had a lightness about it. We will be back for every one of the other dishes! Can't wait!

Hidden Gem Malaysian Restaurant! Very authentic Curry Laksa! I am a Malaysian, I know what it should taste like.

I heard about a newer Malaysian/ Singaporean spot in this food court and decided to check it out-especially when I saw they had curry laksa on the menu. This is a food stand in a casual food court, so don't expect anything fancy, but the space is clean, organized, and has a great variety of options. If you're in the area and craving good, quick meals, it's definitely worth a visit. The chicken curry laksa looked promising when it came out. The broth was creamy with a nice color, and the coconut flavor really stood out, which is a must for this dish. Unfortunately, the chicken was on the dry side, and the soup was missing some of the bold punch and complexity I was hoping for. I also would've loved a side of chili sambal to enhance the flavors, but I didn't ask if they had any. If I were rating this curry laksa in Singapore, l'd probably give it a 5/10. But for the U.S., it's a solid 8.5/10. If you're a fan of coconut-based soups, this is worth a try!

When we walked in, the hostess had a poor attitude and was off putting. Unfriendly and borderline rude. We made sure to get there as soon as they opened because we knew it would be dead, and we'd have better luck at quicker service. Unfortunately, they sat us outside because we had our ESA animal in an enclosed carrier after grilling us about what services he performs, and I believe we were forgotten about since we were the only ones on the porch. It was a very warm day with high humidity. I asked the hostess if she could make sure the fans were on since it was so hot, and she asked, "So, you want me to turn them off?" We only ordered two apps of Roti Canai, one order of the twice friend wings, and an order or the donuts (all were ordered at once to help speed things along since it was so hot outside.) It took quite a while, and the wings came out soggy and cold, which is not the norm. A thunderstorm was coming in, and we had been waiting on our donuts for at least 20 minutes at this point. My husband informed the hostess that we would have to either cancel the order or move inside since it was about to start raining. She flippantly said that she would have to ask the manager first if we were allowed inside. We were so turned off that it really ruined the experience, and it was not the way we wanted to celebrate Mother's Day. The donuts finally came out (also cold), and I had my husband just give her the credit card without the check so we could hurry up and get off the porch before it started coming down. We rushed through the dessert and left. Not loving our experience and not sure if we'll be back until the attitude and service changes. We're bummed because we were always a fan of this place until now.

While I do understand it is family owned and nonetheless amazing food, waiting 20 minutes just for waters kind of offset us. Waiting for fresh food was understandable, and when it DID come out they were great dishes. We ordered the Family Lamb and Beef for 5 people, all the sides (Lentils, Beets, and Kale) were great and complementary to the entree. My personal favorite was their Mango Lassi, one of the best ive ever had.

Atmosphere: this was my second time here. We went here, on a Saturday, for lunch. Our group was fairly large. Like last time, the place was packed to the brim. People seemed to have been enjoying themselves. Relaxed, happy faces all over the place. Unlike last time, they did not have live live music. I am guessing that's only reserved for the evening buffet. Rating: 8 out of 10 Food: the buffet was somewhat limited, but what they had tasted pretty good. Everything seemed fresh. They even had a live Hopper making station. A drink was also included in the buffet. The Hoppers were the highlights for me; the sweet one slightly more so than the savory one. Pro tip: eat the savory hopper with some beef curry. Trust me, you won't regret it. Rating: 8 out of 10 Customer Service: even though the place was pretty packed, the Chef/Owner personally came over and talked to us. He even gave us three bags of freshly baked Fish Patties, which tasted really good. Apologies to the servers for our repeated requests to them to make us fresh Hoppers; they were very patient with was. Simply amazing! Rating: 10 out of 10

Everything was described to us and we jumped right in. We started with a green tea and usually that's NOT my jam, however it ended up being my favorite. The bottom tier of items (savory) was also my favorite especially the pad Thai croissant (I could have gone home with a few of them). The middle tier had the coconut tapioca item and I seriously could have had more. The citrus tea was fragrant but not over powering. The scone was my least favorite as it felt like it was undercooked and still doughy. The last tier (desserts) - the macaroons were okay, the chocolate was a little too much for my liking, I did like the lemon and the tea (vanilla chai) wasn't what I expected but I also asked for some milk to go with it. The mango dessert was a little much so I ended up taking it home. We had plenty of tea, the service was wonderful and I would do it again as the menu is seasonal and changes.

The stars of the show were the siu mai, the Baked BBQ Pork Buns and the Steamed BBQ Pork Buns. The siu mai was packed with fillings and it was so good, might be the best one I've ever had. The Baked buns were good but the buns might be a little too heavy. However, the steamed buns were so airy, light, and fluffy. I've never seen a bun that fluffy, it was like touching a cloud. It was still good when we reheated it at home, too! My boyfriend also loved the chicken feet, it was packed with flavor and very juicy. On the other hand, the soup dumplings were okay they didn't have any soup in them. The shrimp har gow wrapper was really thick, making it not as good. The tofu pudding was delicious. It's silken tofu with sweet ginger syrup, usually served with chewy balls but they didn't have that here. It was served hot and it was my childhood so I had to get it :) It looked like a lot of food but the bill came out to be around $50+, which wasn't bad given that we had a lot of leftovers for the day.
