I was told 6 were being placed on hold for me and I could pick them up later that day around 2:30-3. I drove half hour to pick up the ducklings and when I arrived the shipment hadn't come in and was most likely not going to be in that day. So I was told to come back the next for my ducklings. I was a little annoyed at that point. Now the next day rolls around and I give spikes a call to see if the ducks are in before I drive all that way. And what is the response I get? I was told by a woman on the phone that she had sold my ducklings!!! At this point I was livid! She told me nobody made her aware the ducks were on hold for someone. Poor Communication on the employees part! And did she try to do anything to resolve the situation? No not a thing. She simply said "well they're no longer here, so there's nothing I can do."
