I'm over 70 and have been cared for and abused by many dentists over the years. I remember walking…read moreout after my first root canal nearly 50 years ago and marveling that there was no pain. Since then some dentists have hurt me so bad that I was brought to tears, and others were spectacular. Sadly, finding a good dentist is a crap shoot. Dr. Kasey Gillespie ranks among the best. These days there is no reason for dentistry to be painful, and at Life Long they did not hurt me. Quick, flexible service (I was there for an 'emergency,' i.e. I was in pain) was the first good sign. Next day he did the truly pain-free root canal, prepped for the crown and installed a temporary crown (nope, didn't send me to pricey specialist, thereby avoiding added delay) and a week later I had a lovely new crown installed. Slick, huh? Office staff is friendly and they are good. Dental Assistant par excellence Coco took great care of me all through my non-ordeal and she was kind, gentle and patient as well as exceptionally capable. Costs w/ insurance were reasonable, and were clearly explained up front, something that doesn't often happen these days. Or any days. Bottom line, I'm happy to have found a dental 'home' and can recommend these people without reservation.

My wife diligently looked for a new dentist for us as she has had some terrible experiences in the past. The Life Long team went above and beyond my expectations. I have never in my 70 years had such a thorough exam as I did with dental assistant Jennifer and Dr. Gillespie. They even took my blood pressure and made many measurements. From check in to checking out everyone was welcoming and helpful. They made recommendations which I will follow. Thanks Team!! So when someone asks me who my Dentist is? Life Long Dental is my choice.

Alright, so I have been coming here for a long time....since before COVID. I've had a significant…read moreamount of dental work done here, including a gum graft, multiple root canals, crowns, fillings, deep cleanings, and more. The quality of the dental work has been excellent, and I've never had any issues with the treatment I received. After my gum grafts, the oral surgeon recommended that I have cleanings every three months to help manage inflammation. Unfortunately, I've never been able to stay on that schedule. Every time I book an appointment, the earliest available opening is about six months out. They also don't have access to the schedule beyond that, so there is no way to book appointments every three months in advance. I've been trying for more than two years to get onto a three-month cleaning schedule without success. They've gone through several dental hygienists and usually only have one available, so I understand why scheduling is so limited. However, when you're dealing with the possibility of losing your teeth in the future, I can no longer overlook this issue. I also changed my phone number about two years ago, but for some reason my old number was never removed from my account. When I called today to ask why I was no longer receiving appointment confirmation calls or texts, I was told they had both numbers on file and had been contacting my old number instead. I was told this was due to their new system. My recommendation is to seek long-term dental care with a practice that is not part of a large corporate environment. Even though the quality of the dental work here has been excellent, I believe patients who require ongoing preventive care should be able to receive the level of follow-up treatment their providers recommend. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. If you have relatively few dental issues, this may be a good option for you. They provide quality dental services and have convenient locations. However, if you're like me and require extensive dental work or ongoing preventive care to avoid future problems, I would recommend considering a local dental practice that is more sympathetic and accomodating to your individual needs.

Did you ever watch the Gilmore Girls and there was an ongoing joke about how the obnoxious grandma…read morealways had a new maid every episode? That is like the front desk staff at Bright Now. That job must suck! But they are always friendly. I only go here because it is the only dentist in my area that my insurance covered. So the skinny here is: *Mostly friendly people working there. No issues with that. Though one dental hygienist seemed personally offend by my bad toothcare habits; sorry! *During a tooth extraction, the dentist pulled out part of my jaw bone leaving a big divet there (only I can feel it though by now...it is not visible from the outside). No worries. I wasn't using that part of my jaw bone anyway. *They have cancelled and rescheduled us SO many times (it take us an hour to get there)...once when I was halfway there. *But the kicker is that they have mischarged us so so so so so so so so many times and my husband has spend countless hours of his precious life figuring out the billing mistakes which always always has been on their end. If you have a choice, DO NOT go there. If you have no choice like us, watch your billing like a hawk.
