When I started at this clinic in Silverdale WA, in June of 2023, I had not checked for their Better Business Bureau rating. That was my first and biggest error. When it came to my new bridge, it was painful during the numerous times it was adjusted. It never fit properly. Becoming more and more frustrated, I asked that the amount for the bridge be transferred to another clinic. This was approved and then rescinded. I asked that Care Credit refund that portion so I could go to another dental service. This was also denied. The end of this debacle dental happened in March of 2026 after I had saved enough money to obtain a new bridge. So for nearly 3 yrs. I was unable to chew my food. Worst denture place. It took a year for my dentures to b done and they collected the money right out front. Went back 3-4 times and they didn't even get it done right, fitting and everything. Very frustrating and I decided to go somewhere to get another denture done. Avoid that place in any cost. I just saw the dentist once and that's about it. The rest are technicians that seen me. read more

Horrible service. Everyone was ignorant and rude, nor did they care to fix a problem. Do not go here.

Totally pleased with my results. Aftercare terrific. Pleasant atmosphere. Friendly folk.

I took my 87 yo mother here yesterday 6-20-24 for free exam/xray for new dentures and was impressed. The service, care and office experience was excellent. I really dont know what they could do different to improve otherwise I would tell them. I post reviews negative and positive to help others. I read other reviews and it did not seem to be same place. One guy posted that he spent hundreds going back for 3 years to have his Premium dentures repaired but the warranty on the Premiums is 3 years. Did they not honor warranty? Another person said she was yelled at...Not us. We felt fully welcomed, listened to and they offered recommendations. Dr. Erin reminds me of my niece who also has a practice in CA. Very nice young lady. read more

I had lower implant posts and a full set of their premium dentures. After a year of going back to them to repair the upper plate that had cracked 10 or so times they made me a new upper but not the premium quality one I paid for originally. It is 3 years later and have spent hundreds of dollars getting these repaired again and again. I am now having to have another set made by a quality company. While I was in the process of spending 7000 dollars there many different Dr's and technicians changed. It was a horrible experience and I wouldn't recommend this place to someone I dislike. They must have issues with keeping employees....never the same people working, and I had to repeat myself over and over again. Don't waste your money with this place. read more

I had consultations before I understood what they were doing as far as money they expected. Each one had different answers one was a year in 2019 in the summer. They said I needed $400 to get started. The second one just said I needed $200 to get started a year later. So I went for the third one and she tried really hard to explain everything but she kept saying the same things over and over and she was really loud and then I noticed that they had on my medical records that said that I was a patient of Kitsap mental health. I've had problems with that lately. Most medical people know that you can go there just for depression. But when people think you're a patient of kids I know how they treat you different. I kept telling her I just have a few questions cuz this is my third consultation and she kept interrupting me repeating the same things over and over and very loud. I started getting angry and said hey I've got a been on the Dean's list I'm in college. I understand what you're saying if you just let me ask a few questions I can tell you what my deal very breakers are and. Finally let me ask someone and then. She had me talk to the receptionist who was looking into my insurance. My head insurance had changed. And I had a little trouble believing it so I just made sure she had the right person. She was loud too right from the beginning very loud. And she pointed to the Kitsap mental health on my records and said very loudly something about it. So that all of them people in the office could hear that was a kiss that mental health patient. I suppose I was supposed to excuse her for yelling at me. But they need to have some training and how to handle people. It doesn't help now just break the pip law law s. And it doesn't have a depressed person to be yelled at for over an hour and treated like she's got mental incapacities. She just dropped me off saying I didn't have any dental insurance not knowing that I was selling it home soon. And kind of almost chased me out the door. The last appointment I had before this the doctor had been concerned with a salary glam med the is attractive in my mouth. So I thought that I couldn't be treated for that at the same time as they explained the denture charges. The doctor would not discuss it at all with me and they had already caused me three appointments one where I went waited almost 2 hours to talk about what they were going to charge me. I had this problem for over a year and told them I had to be treated as clindamycin which is a good pretty good sign that it's safe chronic problem. That the antibiotics are almost got rid of it but not quite and another about were probably getting under control,. But they were going to plan on doing extractions even though I had this chronic infection. I would think they wouldn't want a kid and infection under control before planning on extractions. And they're little routine prescription of amoxicillin or something wasn't going to take care of it. I tried to explain that to the receptionist and on she kept yelling at me interrupting me so I couldn't give her my dental history. It was so stressful I never want to go back in there again. So I guess I gave it a pretty good rating considering read more

I went here 6 months ago and got dentures. They were horrible and I couldn't wear them. After the 6 month healing process, I went back and got my permanent pair. These are fantastic. I'm so glad because for 6 months I felt ripped off and dissatisfied with this company. read more

Now that the adjustment period has passed, I can honestly say that my new dentures are a huge success!!! These people did a fantastic job of giving me a great new smile and the ability to enjoy eating again. For the first time in over a year I am able to eat pretty much anything...including BBQ'd ribs!!! I do need to use adhesive on my lower denture (which is very common) but that is a small inconvenience for the wonderful ability to chew and enjoy eating again. No more mush/liquid diet for me! Yay! Thank you Affordable Dentures and Implants. read more

I'm giving them 2 stars only because I have previously had good service, but yesterday was ridiculous! My denture broke so I had to have it repaired a few months ago. I decided that they may as well do a re-line while they were fixing it anyway. I was uncomfortable because of Covid and having to take my mask off, etc. I picked up my dentures a day or two later at the end of their day (I work full+ time). The receptionist told me if they didn't fit right to let them know. I called a couple days later and told her they didn't fit well, but that I was afraid of the new Covid variant (Omicron). She said "no worries hon, come in when you feel safe". I went in yesterday to get my adjustment and after everything was done they said I had to pay $55 because my dentures weren't made at their clinic, (they were made by same company, different clinic) but they had done the reline (adjustments are included)! Then it was because it was over 30 days from my reline. What was the difference whether the work was done right after or later? I explained all of this and she said sorry you have to pay the $55! I said give me my dentures and I'll pay the $55, but never coming back! I have spent thousands there and probably would have spent thousands more when I need new dentures, but they lost a great customer over poor customer service, Covid callousness, and $55!!!! Terrible. Get everything in writing at this place!! Also, I'm now wondering if their 4yr, 7yr, etc. guarantees are honored in other clinics other than the original one? I'll find a new denture clinic!!! read more
