Everything about our experience was great. Needed to find a detailer and had a unique situation.. We are 1000 miles away from the vehicle, and it was vandalized. Jonathan and Pedro kept in contact every step of the way, scheduling the appointment, taking before and after photos, and communicating as needed. We scheduled a service with them and they were able to come the next day. They were running a special for an absurdly low price that we couldn't pass an opportunity on, especially with the rating they had here on Yelp. They arrived on time and we were greeted with professionalism and friendliness. A newer employee was being trained and the senior employee was very patient and thorough but it did not impede the detailing process at all. The car itself was in a rough condition after sitting for months and literally accumulating spider webs outside and inside the car. They deep cleaned everything and shampooed the stale stench right out of the seats. Bottomo line, this is a quality business and we will be returning customers. read more
