Read on for more details: Scheduled an appointment to have them detail my truck at my work location. I requested their Wash, Wax, and Basic Interior Detail (Mid Size). A team of two arrived, a regular technician, and a trainee It was mentioned that one of the guys was newer and still learning the job, which was OK with me. A co-worker decided to have his vehicle cleaned also so my truck was done by the trainee and my coworkers truck was done by the other technician. I checked back a few hours later, and it appeared that they were almost finished. The main technician told me that my vehicle was ready and I had a quick look around to check out the work. Right away I noticed lots of things that were not clean. For example, there were foot prints and watermarks on the chrome running boards There were lots of other areas that were not given the level of detail that you would expect for the service requested and price paid. I'm talking basic things that should not have to be pointed out after a detail service. In my assessment, the vehicle done by the trainee should have been checked out by the lead technician before handing it over as ready. And the icing on the cake, the Detail company left and took my car keys with them. Honest mistake, but certainly didn't help the cause.

The payment process was frustrating as well. I was initially told it was cash only and that Zelle wasn't accepted. Their ATM wasn't working, so I was told to walk to a gas station that was a good distance away to get cash. When I got there, that ATM wasn't working either. Only then was I told that Zelle was an option after all. Overall, this was a very expensive wash for very poor quality work and an unprofessional experience. I ended up getting my car washed again the very next day at another place for less than half the price, and the results were significantly better. I am 1,000% sure it was there beforehand as I'm quite OCD when it comes to my car. The owner said he couldn't do anything about this and was unwilling to help offset the damage costs for me seeing as there's no way I can prove I'm not lieing. Then sent me a picture that they took themselves (without discussing the "prior" damage with me at the time of service) stating that they noticed it missing, which only tells me that they knew they messed up when they damaged it and had a prepared excuse for when I found out. It costs hundreds to replace this unit for a used one and it was in perfect condition before he came. The buttons are not sold individually. They also did not thoroughly clean out my center console. It looked like a rushed job and I had to go and clean it myself afterwards. Use a business that won't take you for your money for both the service AND any damages your car incurs thanks to them. Or just clean your car yourself. At least it's free and you can hold yourself accountable.
