Regarding the veil, I specifically called after being notified it had arrived to explain that I had an alterations appointment and wanted to pick it up then, which your team confirmed. I later received communication referencing shipment, so I had to follow up again by phone and email to make sure it would not be shipped. Had it been sent out, I would not have had my veil for my wedding either. While I appreciate the refund for alterations, the overall experience was far more stressful than it should have been for such an important day. I would text and call my assistant, Kiersten, only to receive vague reassurances, yet it became clear that nothing had been communicated to the designer or seamstress when I asked them myself in person. The custom sleeves I had ordered did not hold up on my wedding day; they completely snapped and fell off during cocktail hour. Additionally, the gathered fabric at the front of the dress was not addressed by the designer. Although the seamstress, Meryl, made an effort to fix the situation, her options were limited, and the issue remained unresolved. She informed me that the designer was aware of the problem, but no action was taken. I am dissatisfied with both Estee, the designer, and the service I received at Panache. Considering the investment made at panache I would expect better service, communication, and attention to details. Despite any internal challenges they may have faced, the staff did not fulfill their responsibilities or deliver the expected results.
