I called to book an appointment. Lisa answered the phone, said they wouldn't have any appointments till the end of July. I said "hold on let me tell you my symptoms", told her my symptoms and that "I also had spoke to the doctor on call the night before and she said to call first thing in the morning to get in". Lisa did not care. In a chipper condescending tone, she replied well if you can't wait for an appointment then go to the emergency room or find another doctor. This was said & done with out speaking to the doctors in the office. It's sad when staff run a business like this.

Ms Miranda, Kaitlyn, and Angelica knows you by name and greets you as you walk in. Everything is on schedule but you won't feel rushed. I've been treated here three times in the last 9 months and the experiences have been consistently excellent. They have an in-house lab and lots of patients go there for shots, vaccines and weight loss. And the place is definitely the nicest decorated medical office I've been to. The exam rooms are HUGE!

You don't have to worry about dealing with all the insurance mess (waiting for approvals, tons of paperwork, etc.) and just pay a reasonable visit fee. I made the mistake of letting this jackass operate on me only because it was an emergency and he happened to be the doctor on call at Methodist Willowbrook Hospital. He made a mistake during the surgery and left me in pain overnight and ignored multiple calls from hospital staff for painkillers. He showed up to my room about noon the next day with a pissed off attitude saying I didn't need painkillers and wanted to discharge me. Only after another doctor convinced him to run some tests did he find out he screwed up my surgery. He is incompetent and has zero bedside manner.

After my complaint they sent me a letter to terminate my contract with them so I won't be able to see a doctor there. I am in between diagnostics and need to see a primary physician. However they refused to accept me until I get to see my new doctor. I can't believe how they can be so unethical and not care about patients.
