This place is every parents dream. It's was amazingly clean and the variety of things to play with is awesome. My almost one year old and two and a half year old has an absolute blast. We will definitely be returning. read more

I recently had my daughter's 4th birthday party here, and it was phenomenal! We added an extra 30 minute birthday bash onto the beginning of the party, and the kids had a blast! They danced, sang songs, had balloons and bubbles, and played with shakers. It was absolutely worth the extra money, and I would definitely recommend it to friends! All the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, the place is super clean, and their play area is huge, well designed, and has things for all types of kids and interests. I liked that they have a room opposite the kids party room for the adults to hang out and eat while the kids are having their pizza and cake. It made for a nice break for the parents to sit and socialize a bit if they wanted. I cannot think of any cons to having a kid's party here, and I'm so happy I found it! read more

Just want to start off by saying how extremely nice and helpful the staff is here especially KEYLE!! She is so great with kids and just a breath of fresh air. I honestly loved the atmosphere and classes available for my child look forward to coming back here soon :) read more

Place has awful parking they have none of there own and you will get ticketed on all the spots with "no parking" which is everywhere and the surrounding businesses will tow you if you park in there's. They need a better location for a place like this read more

Why 4 stars??? Cleanliness! Thats about it! It is important if you are taking your little ones there but overall the place is awesome for toddlers! Definitely bringing my lil guys here again. There is fun for everyone and the atmosphere is very positive, playful, and interactive! read more

We hosted our son's 3rd Birthday Party here - they handled everything from start to finish! The scheduling and party theme selection was effortless. When we arrived on the evening of the party, everything was set up - they took care of all the details, which allowed my husband and I to just enjoy the party with our son. I highly recommend hosting your next kids party here - the venue itself is huge, clean and has a diverse set of activities that all of the kids went bananas over! It was such a fun experience! read more

Place is fun for very young kids. The girls that work the front counter have the personalities of a thumbtack....

Very cute concept. Think dramatic play for children times 10. It's set up like a neighborhood so children can go through various "storefronts" and let their imaginations run wild. At the very end of the "street" there's a floor to ceiling tree house/play gym where kids can climb, slide and jump. The reasons for 2 stars: it is very small. It's so overcrowded with a trillion children and parents running everywhere. They really need to consider changing locations to a much larger space with a bigger parking lot to accommodate the amount of people that go there. Wait, they really don't even have a parking lot. It's only about a row or two they share with surrounding buildings, then you have to either park on the street (good luck finding anything with all the "no parking" signs) or use the other spots and chance getting towed. I felt stressed out bc of this; not sure if it's worth a trip back. read more

Place has a lot of cute activities and is clean. However the floor is not padded which is not suitable for young children when they fall. At this price they should invest in a safer floor! read more

I took my niece to Treetop's friday family fun night last night and she had the time of her life!! The facility was extremely clean and the staff was friendly! The fun night was form 6-8 which was perfect timing between dinner and bed time. Went for a birthday party. Great place, my daughter loved all the toys and climbing in the play area. Good for having her try out and toys she might like for as home as well. The birthday cake and pizza was great for the kids and well organized. They had a stuff your own teddy bear activity too. read more

This place was tremendous. Clean with a variety of experiences and toys, it was several hours of constant movement and joy for my 3yo. And really appreciated the large climbing structure they built as well with a tall enclosed slide. Staff was always present and constantly reorganizing the toys and equipment and cleaning. Like every other play space, don't love that you enter and exit through the gift shop, but that's common. read more

Do not have a party here!!! Place was adorable. Kids had fun but there were too many issues for the money we spent! 1) They're heat was not working. I was called 1hr before my party and told for my guests to bring a sweater. Really? The party was for my one year old. I could not cancel at that point. The staff was rude. Would not take any money off the bill. Which I felt was ridiculous since my guests were freezing. They added balloons and soda to my bill and then took them off. Who asked for that? 2) they do not sanitize the toys in between parties. That is just gross 3) you are rushed throughout the event 4) the party staff is very unfriendly 5) they ruined my cake and served it loke slop Bc the staff didn't know how to cut a round cake. I tried to correct the attendant so and was spoken to rudely. All in all stay away from having parties here. It may be fine for open play but definitely not worth all the money we paid! read more

Poorly maintained. Adults are wearing shoes in the play area while children are crawling on the floor. It's quite disgusting, there should be staff members tending the play facility. read more

Can't get a human on the phone at this place. The website shows they closed at one time and Google showed another. I called a few times to just ask and kept getting voicemails. My husband let me know that when he went he saw 2 girls working the desk and they just had their heads down texting while phones were ringing. Otherwise, the place is great. Ended up not going. Please get someone picking up phones at your place of business. Thanks. read more

This place was ABSOLUTELY MAGICAL! I took my son here for the first time this morning and booked his second birthday party here. The thing that really made me happy was overhearing the front desk girl bravely say to someone on the phone who was no doubt asking if she could not wear a mask "sorry we're a private business and that's our decision." I honestly envied her because I'd be a lot nastier in telling the individual they must wear a mask--it's hilarious how some people think the pandemic is over when an entire population of human beings that matter (kids under 5) don't even have the chance to be vaccinated yet. Not saying everyone should but at least give our babies the chance! It's also hilarious how people think private businesses can't make their own requirements. Just like they don't permit shoes in the play area you have to wear a mask. It's very simple and if you don't like it, you have choices: don't come! This is the only place I could find that still requires masks for adults and kids over 3 and I am so incredibly grateful for their obvious belief in science and in protecting children who don't have the option to be vaccinated yet. I am thankful to have my sons birthday party at a place that actually cares. I was so impressed with the workers and how clean the place was. Truly spotless! It is so spread out and so beautiful and my son had a blast!!!!!! So incredibly impressed and in love with this place. So grateful to have them in the neighborhood read more

Normally I would give this place a four or five star rating But after today's visit I'm only giving it a two star rating The website stated it was opened until 5 but after paying the full price at 2 pm and my girlfriend paid full price for her two grandson at 2:30 she was told they were only opened til 3 I was never told this and there were no posted hours and the website said 5 We were both annoyed and felt it was a rip off!! I emailed the owner So far no response Very disappointed read more

I love the concept of this place. Each room is divided into different themes such as a kitchen, fire house, construction set etc. They have a big play area for kids to climb in. The place is clean with lots of things to play with. Since there are few kids place this can be a packed crazyland. Dodging kids from barely walking to 5 year olds screaming can be daunting. I came here for a birthday party and loved it because it was closed for only our group. On other days it's just hectic. read more

Can't say enough about this place. My son loves coming here, we can barely get him out of his sneakers quick enough. Personnel is great with the kids and very informative. I bought a 10 visit pass for $100. It's an amazing get away for you and your kids! read more

First, the idea of this place is great. An indoor place were kids can play and pretend to be different characters stimulating their imaginations is always needed. We came here for a birthday party and really enjoyed our short time here. The reason for the 3 stars is simple. They do not wash off the toys in between birthday parties which turnover quickly. As any parent will tell you is the easiest way to spread germs given the fact that kids touch everything and the younger ones out everything in their mouths. The other reason for the 3 stars is that we felt rushed the entire time, whether it was rushing everyone off the play area for the next party to rushing people out the door after getting a slice of pie. I understand that the parties are short, but there is no need to rush people out the door, especially if you are trying to gain new customers. I will say though that the toy store in the front is really cute and they have some really fun toys. If you come in here, you should definitely check it out. read more

Came here for the first time with my son. Apparently it was busy because of the school break. Anyways paid $12 for my almost 2 year old. Thought it was a bit pricey but when we walked in, there was many different areas for him to explore. Great place but I think for bigger kids. They have valet parking as well apparently. You can always park on the side street too. read more

Today I celebrated my sons 3rd Birthday at once upon a treetop. He absolutely Loved it! it was the perfect venue to put his imagination to good use. The staff was nice and helpful. However beware of the package you choose. I paid an additional $75 for a theme (because you can only bring dessert and goodie bags). So im thinking these $75 will buy me some cute decor but all that was given with my choice of theme were plates, napkins, cups, and 2 decorative balloons. The decorative paper-goods was for my table of 13 kids, and the rest of the paper-goods were plain. Had they allowed me to buy this stuff myself it would have been no more than $30 at party city and about $15 at dollar tree lol. These kiddie places aren't exactly cheap to book so it was disappointing that the decorations were so weak. Anyway thats what we do to see our little ones smile, it was worth it lol read more

My review is about the open play time, $12 per child and everyone must wear socks. Seems very busy on weekend due to birthday parties. Large place in a town setting, pretty neat. read more

A friend if ours had their son's birthday there. I was so excited to see a rare place that has mini shops for the kids to play in - bakery, supermarket, construction, police dept, etc. i told myself I have to have my kids birthday party here this year UNTIL...This so called advertisement that says there are staff supervising the kids...there is no such thing as supervising. The dads were supervising the opened gate! I swore I took a photo of two of the staff braiding each other's hair but I couldn't find it. If I find it, Im going to post that as well! Their so called supervision were two staffs in the plush animal toy area fixing each other's while no one was watching the gate. No one were watching the children. Even when I was truing to inquire about this place at the beginning, the staff at the front was busy finishing her text message with her friend read more

Great place for kids! Very clean and big playing area! The classes are also really great and teachers are super nice.

Just spoke to someone about a party I booked for 5/30 and left a $150 deposit. This was clearly a mistake as they are not offering a refund and told me that they are considering online zoom parties. This is not what was agreed on and I consider this a breach of contract. I know for a fact other party spaces ARE giving refunds, this is a dishonest business practice. I understand businesses are suffering during this pandemic but so are families. How can you justify keeping someone's money for a service you can't provide??? Understand that acts like this will be remembered and this will become a blemish on your reputation. Thanks for the memories. read more

We love going here. My kids love it. The play areas are fun and engaging. We haven't been back in a while since my son has food allergies and we ve had encountered parents feeding their kids on the bench area peanut butter and then going to play. I can't risk that with my son. read more

So thankful for this amazing place ! It is clean and staff is friendly. The amount of classes available blows my mind. I will say that the theme was cute. But when going on Groupon this morning to check out something to do with the kids, I stumbled across this place. I watched the video that's attached and seemed pretty cool for the kids. Until we got there and the place was NOTHING like the video, not even close. Fine whatever we didn't complain and made the best of it. The place was a mad house. All the toys were everywhere, no order, just run wild. The 3 people at the front desk were more interested in talking to each other than actually helping you out. 12 dollars per child, fine i understand they have to make their money too, but no one seems to enjoy working there. Not one of them smiled. Will not be returning. Do not recommend. read more

I can't believe this place only has 3 stars! We went today - a Friday around 1 and there were maybe 5 other kids there. We had so much fun! This is a wonderful place to bring kids to play! You will NOT be disappointed. There are so many fun rooms that spark a child's imagination. I was very impressed. I also felt like it was very safe. My daughter had such a fun time! Best of all, it's extremely clean! It looked like it was all brand new! They even have employees who walk around and clean off each of the toys as the kids finish with it. We can't wait to come back! The price is very reasonable as well. Be sure to bring socks for you and your little one. There are no shoes allowed in the play area (another way it's kept so clean). The best news is we found a GREAT place for her 2nd birthday! read more

We hosted a birthday party here, and we had an excellent experience! From booking the party, choosing favors and food, and during the party itself, we were treated with great care. I visited Once Upon a Treetop years ago and decided it was a perfect trip for our backyard camp of a dozen preschool boys. We checked the website and calendar and saw we could only reserve if we had a group of 25 kids. We called the day before our planned trip (we had already ascertained from the calendar when the free play was). We were told that we could not reserve our group, but that it would be fine to come the following day during open play. We arranged all the carpools- including all car seats, etc, reminded everyone that their children needed socks, & excitedly set off. Upon arrival, we saw a sign saying, " No open play," on the door, but I assumed we were just a few minutes early. However, once we entered, we were told there was, in fact, NO free play that day, as a camp of 70 kids had reserved the previous night (presumably after we had spoken with them.) The workers there told us that we ought to have checked the website before leaving that morning. They were completely unapologetic, as well as unsympathetic. My head counselor questioned why we were not told to double check the website during the previous evening's phone conversation; why we were told it was fine to come in. Nearly everyone has caller i.d.- it could not have been much after our conversation that the larger camp reserved- a phone call back to us informing us of the change in schedule would have saved us time, gas, effort,& the disappointment of a dozen preschoolers. We would definitely not be revisiting! read more

I've been here a few times in the past with my Daughter and Grandkids. I was here recently again in this age of Covid and have to say it was and is a great place to bring toddlers and young kids for some simple indoor fun. It is a reasonably priced place for toddlers and kids to explore things like a big jungle gym, treehouse, police station, grocery store, school house among other play areas full of matching toys to occupy them easily for an hour to 90 minutes or more. I can attest my Grandkids age 5, 3 and 5 months had and have always ran wild here playing with the various things and simulated locations enjoying themselves. It's definitely only for small kids though. All the employees are very friendly. We were there a couple of weeks ago after they had just finally re-opened with a reservation which is required now. Of course it wasn't crowded as attendance is limited so it was more wide open for my Grandkids who seemed like they had the place to themselves. Although I personally am not, nor was I concerned about Covid etc., for those that are, no worries here. The employees were extremely alert quickly wiping down and sanitizing all toys and objects literally moments after they were played with so it felt and is very safe. I would recommend Once Upon a Treetop for anyone with toddlers or small kids who want to do something fun on a rainy day, or to get out of the house finally after the lockdown or any time. read more

A few parents were saying that the website says sessions are 12:30-3, we were all told to leave at 2. An hour and a half is too short. Plus it takes 15 minutes to be "checked-in" so its disappointing. Also the place was absolutely packed so I don't understand what is with the hour and a half sessions when its busy anyways, might as well have longer sessions. I wont be going back. It was too short, especially when check in is so long. read more
