It was a fun little break from the crowds. After an early race morning and a day spent exploring Hollywood Studios, it was nice to go into the air conditioning and browse for a bit. The shop has a mix of Disney merchandise, collectibles, apparel, and souvenirs, but what I enjoyed most was simply taking my time looking around. During race weekends, the parks can feel nonstop from rope drop to fireworks, so finding a place to slow down for a few minutes was appreciated! The location for this store is right at the end of Sunset Boulevard. Between Tower of Terror looming in the background and all the energy from the attractions nearby, it feels like you're right in the middle of the action while still getting a chance to escape it for a few minutes! I also noticed quite a few runDisney participants stopping in throughout the day! Many of the racers were still wearing race shirts or medals from race earlier in the day! It was so much fun talking with some of the runners and sharing stories about the race while browsing for souvenirs and gifts! Great gift shop in Hollywood studios and would recommend visiting it if you're in the area!

Either way it's a chill spot to kill time. The kiosk stands mostly overpriced dupes and reps. Vape stands highly overpriced. Ample trash cans around and pretty clean in general!

Everything is laid out so that you don't feel lost or overwhelmed. The clothes are simple, stylish, and actually really good quality for the price. Everything my kids tried on felt comfortable and wearable for everyday outfits. The staff were friendly and the whole experience was just easy and smooth. Self check out was so easy; just place all your items in the bin and it automatically scans everything.

Checkout was an experience I haven't had before. You put your stuff in the bin or whatever and it calculates the total. Very quick; I wish this was the system at the self-checkout in my grocery store.

However, they're definitely not curvy girl friendly. But you can still find some good stuff even if you are more curvy, it just depends. Overall they have super cute stuff, though. Since this store is in Disney Springs some of the clothes can get kind of expensive. I've been to other Zara stores in the U.S. and abroad and the prices greatly vary. They do have some good sales and that's the best time to take advantage if you want to add to your wardrobe.

The little ones even started crying. It became super hot and it seemed like there was no type of urgency until we called 911 ourselves from inside the elevator. It was honestly traumatizing. Afterwards, reps told us that they would make it up to us....only to deny any kind of guest recovery later on. I know that they are probably going to respond to this with the typical boilerplate "contact guest services". However, just like their promise to make things right, it's a useless response to make it seem like something is being done on their end.
