And honestly? It was glorious chaos while it lasted. History check: MouseGear opened in 1999, replacing Centorium (which was EPCOT's original mega-store since 1982). Where Centorium had the vibe of "futuristic department store," MouseGear leaned into "what if we crammed every Disney product ever made under one roof and threw some gears on the walls to make it look steampunk?" Walking into MouseGear felt like you'd entered the Costco of Disney merch. Mickey ears, spirit jerseys, pins, kitchenware, toys, Dooney & Bourke bags -- if it had a Disney logo, it was here. The place was huge, loud, and perpetually packed, like a holiday rush that never ended. And yet, it was also... magical. Because who doesn't want to impulse-buy a Figment mug at 9:00 a.m. after riding Spaceship Earth? I muttered something like, "It's consumerism run wild. But damn, they know how to sell it." They have toys that look like race cars that are styled to the right vehicle that you get in on test track and they even sell freeze-dried ice cream because that's what astronauts eat, and that's the type of item you should be eating while you're waiting in line for mission space. Mission space is an amazing ride as well! The cast members here are insanely nice and over-the-top helpful and will go out of their way to get any item that you may be looking for. If they don't have it here and they will even order it to send to your hotel room if you are staying on Disney property.

It's a smaller location and when you exit out from seeing Cinderella and Elena you'll exit through here. It's got decent ac so it's a good spot to wait if your fast pass isn't ready yet (like we did). The staff is friendly and there are two register bays despite the small size, so buying things is pretty quick. Overall: A Cute Disney shop with lots of princess items. Perfect fit for fantasy land.

There are plenty of tables inside Merchant of Venus. While my family and I were visiting for the Holidays, we ended up going to the Merchant of Venus several times! The first time I ended up sitting at a table inside the rest zone while waiting for my family to ride Space Mountain! The second time was later in the day, we ended up getting some ice cream from Auntie Gravity's Galactic Goodies! We purchased a chocolate milkshake and some chocolate ice cream. We found a open table inside Merchant of Venus and sat down to eat our sweet treats! It's a great rest zone! There weren't too many people inside it, both times that we went inside during December. I could see this place very busy during the summer though! It's an air conditioned rest zone.

During my latest trip to Disneyworld over the holidays with my family, we stopped inside the Big Top Souvenirs after riding the train ride. Big Top Souvenirs is one of the larger gift shops in Magic Kingdom. As soon as we walked inside the store, we could smell all of the wonderful snacks! There was so may sweat treats and snacks available at Big Top Souvenirs! If you're interested in other items, Big Top Souvenirs does have toys, pins, apparel and so much more! This is one of the best shops at Magic Kingdom. Everything is well organized at this store and all of the items are typically in stock too! The food is delicious here as well! If you're in the area, Big Top Souvenirs is a must go to! The team members are amazing here!

But also because they removed a key item from my childhood to build this (Mickey & Minnie's houses) which kind of broke my heart. It's a souvenir shop. A lot of dumbo merch obviously but so much more. It has quite a large footprint. If you are looking for something sold on Main Street and they do not have it, you may find it here so I would ask a cast member of they have seen that item. It's closet to a character meet up and the dumbo rides. A great (and popular) location to wait out any rain as there are outlets scattered throughout the store (though CM's will not want you to use them) they also have food-most confectionery so candy apples, rice crispy treats, cake pops etc plus ready made food. This is the only location on property that sells my favorite cookie of all time -the peanut butter chocolate chip cookie. It's not themed in anyway but it's big soft but not too soft and just decedent. Trust me and try it if you like peanut butter. Lest time we were there we kissed out on it because apparently the store now closed at 3pm. Which upset me quite a bit as I lost out on my favorite cookie bit when I worked there it was open all day so I often was there closing until 2am.

At the resort there was a lot of amenities, and one of them was the Everything POP Shopping & Dining. This was one of my favorite parts about staying at the Pop Century resort! My family and I ate dinner several times at the POP Food Court. It was so convenient! We would place a mobile order to-go and then pick-up our order at the register when it was ready. Most of the food items are $14.99 and under! The POP dining is also open for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. The current hours are from 7:00 A.M to 11:00 P.M, but you'll want to confirm in the Disney World Mobile application if the hours change. The entrance for this is right next to the hotel check-in and main entrance for Pop Century. There are plenty of items in the shopping store too from apparel, toys, and gifts! It's a quick service establishment. A lot of the dinner entrees include chicken dishes, burgers, chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, pasta, pizza, sandwiches, desserts and so much more! A few evenings we ended up getting burgers, French fries, spaghetti and meatballs, and even chicken tenders! It was nice to have this option available to us after going to the Theme Parks! Some of the nights, we were just so tired! This was easy for us to place an order and pick up the meal to go back to our hotel room!

If you are looking for some Disney merchandise, souvenirs or just want to look and see what is available, Mickey's of Hollywood is definitely worth checking out! During my time at the store they carried a good variety of t-shirts, spirit jerseys, ears, pins, mugs, etc. Mickey's of Hollywood is super convenient with all of the merchandise and the location of the store! When I am running low on time and need a last minute souvenir, or I just want to do a little shopping before I leave the park, Mickey's of Hollywood is an easy stop. Mickey's of Hollywood is a pretty large store and very well laid out. Even when the park is extremely crowded, the store is still very spacious! The cast members working at Mickey's of Hollywood were both helpful and knowledgeable! Also, even though there were Springtime Surprise crowds in the theme park over the weekend, I never saw long lines waiting for purchasing at the store, or even getting into the store!

If you are a big fan of the Haunted Mansion, you should definitely take some time to visit Memento Mori while visiting Magic Kingdom. Memento Mori is so much more than a gift shop. It's kind of like a continuation of your overall Haunted Mansion experience. Upon entering Memento Mori, you will be impressed by the sheer amount of detail throughout the entire store! The store does an amazing job of capturing the whimsical yet spooky atmosphere of the Haunted Mansion attraction. As you make your way through the store, you will see theming, unique displays and many other small details that will catch the eye of Haunted Mansion enthusiasts. I took my time making my way around the store, simply because there were so many interesting things to view beyond the products they have for sale. The Haunted Mansion items available for purchase were a lot, including clothing and collectible items, home décor and souvenir items that you wouldn't normally find at any of the gift shops located throughout Magic Kingdom.
