She's quick, efficient, professional and very nice. I've already referred 2 people and booked my next appointment. Her schedule fills up quickly so do not hesitate in booking.

She is unprofessional and honestly needs to be let go ASAP. Another reviewer posted a photo of her below. If the owner really wants to keep her then train her please. To be one of the only black owned nail salons and have that girl as the first encounter. It is like she wants to sabotage the business. My friend and I read the website fully and saw that they take walk-ins. We walked in and said hello, the lady looked at us like we had multiple heads, and said why were we there. My friend said, we saw you take walk-ins and wanted to see if we can get a service. The lady said with facial expressions as if she was scared of us, all the ladies are booked today. We said thank you and left. She needs to be aware what the website says. She could have very easily said with a smile, hello how can I help you? Then responded unfortunately we are booked with appointments the whole day, sorry. Please come again another day. We had no issue at all that they were booked. It was the horrible customer service and negative energy by the girl pictured in the other review right when you walk through the door. The owner should have a suggestion/comment email on the website that is only seen by the owner. I don't like having to let a company know about their horrible employee publicly. First impressions are everything. Have a professional and pleasant personality at the front desk please!
