It's well organized there is so much stuff in here - like a lot. I came mainly looking for craft items but they had a lot of good shirts, Halloween decor, and a nice party section. Definitely better up-kept than the Warminster location. They mostly have self checkouts though which is not always the best - only one real register. And I think they only use it upon request or if there's a lot of guests in store. The one woman - I'm assuming manager - was really nice. They did ask for an email to signup to get a percentage off your purchase - it didn't come up. Not sure if it'll be for next time or not - a bit disappointing it didn't come right off . Not this location's fault, just worth mentioning. They did have carts and a few handicap spaces in the front which is also nice.

I had contact with two of the employees that was very positive. One was a lady organizing and stocking the toy area. We got to chatting and I found her to be friendly and devoted to her job. The other person was the young man working behind the check-out station. I asked to see some items under the glass storage area. He was very helpful and patient as I asked for 4 items, which I later purchased. My husband always heads to the huge inventory of books, music and movies. I highly recommend Liberty Thrift!

They usually just look at you and look away...not the customer service I would hope for! This evening, the cashier who rang out my order looked as if I was bothering her, which I can't understand. For a store that is a bit pricier than the competition, you'd expect at least a minimum of courteousness. I hope they can take this in to consideration and let their employees know that a simple smile and hello goes a long way.

They have Vera Bradley, Alex and Ani, Yankee, and many other "big ticket" brands sold here that a lot of the other Hallmark's do not. Rating this 4* highly for the amount of stuff they had at decent prices…read more Staff are umm, there. Present, that's about it. They will answer questions... no more, no less. I have had more pleasant customer experience elsewhere. For example, I asked what's the sale tomorrow? The staff replied, "I can't tell you that." Only later did I see an ad on the door it said $1 Sundays... not sure why she couldn't offer me this advertised info. Perhaps she assumed I'm asking for the colors... then I hope they don't assume the worst in their customers like what the other reviews are saying. It is organized... and disorganized... what I mean is I can easily find general categories (ie Kitchen, clothing tops, and scrubs, etc.) but once I'm in the specific section, the items themselves have no organization (ie not by size nor color) and are piled / randomized in shelves/ racks. So prepare to have some patience for some treasure hunting. Having 2 discounted colors each week helps with the turnover rate for their inventory. They are also part of https://goodwillnj.org/ & their IG is of the same name @goodwillnj. Thus they also have the same color discount system as S. Philly's Goodwill. For the Saturday of when I went, there was a 50% sale on 2 color tags. Apparently, a Dollar Sunday for 2 colors are also advertised. You can either bring your own bag or buy their Goodwill reusable bags. I did find some good items (ie air fryers) and will donate and visit again in the future.
