First couple experiences I had here were much better than this time. They took a lot of the stuff I brought in but the take away wasn't much. This is my new favorite thrift shop for children's' clothing. Everything is super clean and organized. Everyone who I've encountered there are super nice and friendly to my two children (5 and 3 years old). I always leave spending less than $20 with a bunch of name brand, barely used clothing for my children. Their sales are unbeatable and so many cute accessories. I wish I knew about this place when my kids were smaller because they always have great deals on strollers and other baby gear. read more

This place is wonderful to do business with. I've brought bins of clothes here a few times to consign. They pay you cash on the spot for the articles they keep to sell. (You may have to drop off for about an hour or so. They'll let you know how long it'll be & will call you after they've examined your things). The store is stocked, organized, clean & friendly. The selection is impressive. They also carry baby gear & accessories, toys, etc. I wish this store was here when my kids were littler! Great addition to HV. *Tip~If you supply them with your cell #, they offer a reward program where you can earn points for money off purchases. My last encounter was very upsetting. I shop at this place every once in a while, but when I do, I'll spend! This last visit I felt uncomfortable. I will not be returning as sad as this makes me. I went to sell some items, I waited for one and a half hours for a quote on my items. A woman who looks different than me went in way after me (after hours) and was already paid before I had been reviewed for payment. There was also a woman who barely spoke English that was turned down before this woman came in as well. The workers barely reviewed my items, and gave me $16.00 for $100 in stuff. These workers need to show care to all customers! After being overwhelmed with them, they also said "figures" when I put a toy my daughter wanted back due to how they were treating us. The two woman were not professional! read more

Honestly overhearing the owners discussing how children playing with the toys in the store was disrespectful and how some people should be raising their children better made me leave the store without purchasing anything. Speaking like this about customers in front of customers is a bad business practice. Ive gone to numerous stores of this franchise all throughout the country and never experienced this before. i was sent here from plato's closet after being told my items didn't fit there size chart (to small) but as i explained this the front desk woman showed a huge lack of interest and when i asked questions about the store i got some pretty condescending responses. the younger workers seemed calm and offered advice but the older women did not wanna hear any of my questions. i was told my items were 'pretty out of date' and therefor id have better luck donating them to goodwill. read more

They are the rudest bunch of women. The owners daughter inspects yourself as you walk in and isn't friendly at all. They treat you like your scum of the earth as you walk in. Not friendly at all. Horrible customer service ! And they don't offer to help carry your un bought stuff to your car . I'll never be back. read more

They told me my clothes smell like "smoke" and that they have "allergies" when I just washed and folded every single piece of clothing in the bin! They wouldn't even look through the clothes and now I just wasted 40 minutes driving here. Lazy people don't want to look through a bin of clothes. I rather pay the tole and go to jersey read more

This is a great place for bargain items. I let my toddler pick a toy each time we visit. The people are great and im glad they are selective over the items, that means their inventory is of high quality. read more

Friendly staff that makes sure every customer gets what they need while they are busy. Clean store and very good assortment of clothes. Wish I knew about this store when I was a new mom. I'll definitely be coming back. read more
