Dropped off 14 designer formal children's dresses from bridal shop all with tags from $50-$225. They offered me less than $2 a dress. Not worth my time taking them over there. I will have more joy giving them to someone. I don't mind them making a profit but less than $2 a dress was insulting. I took all my items home and declined the payout. If dropping items off be aware that you don't get much and might prefer giving them to someone in need or donating them. The people working there were all polite, the place was clean, and lots of items for sale (significantly higher in price than the $1.75 per item I was offered). read more

I can't imagine buying clothing for my son anywhere else. He is 3, and is already in a size 5T. Yesterday we bought 4 pair of pants for half of what you can get on Amazon. All the times I've shopped here, it's easy for me to run in, grab what I need, and get out quickly. It's beyond affordable, with great selection. You cannot beat the price and value of second-hand shopping. We rarely buy new. I haven't sold with this shop so cannot comment on that experience, but would encourage consignment shopping, since it's my business. It's an easy way to make extra cash and reduce waste. I would say it's accurate that the staff is not overly friendly, although I was greeted when I entered. However, as long as I can get in and out without issues and no one is overtly rude, it doesn't bother me. read more

it's such a shame this store is so good for families I actually appreciate the good prices, with babies growing so fast, BUT Its not worth the unpleasantness of the workers. they are rude and miserable. if you work in customer service you shouldn't wear a pin that says "I'm not mad this is just my face". customer service at least smile say have a great day, it's almost not worth shopping here. to top that off the return policy is a little insane never a refund just a store credit or exchange, and they make you feel like it's such a inconvenience. wish this store would work on getting kinder more present workers so the shopping experience can be more enjoyable. read more

I'm almost afraid to post this review for fear of overcrowding and too many shoppers getting all my bargains! This place is awesome! Great selection of children's clothing and accessories at very reasonable prices! I brought home a high end stroller for $20! Plus a full bag of clothing for a steal! Kid used clothing / items This is a great little store tucked into a shopping center where you can purchase gently used clothing for the littles at a fraction of the original cost. Anyone that has kids will understand how quickly they grow out of all the cutsie stuff you purchased when they were born and then of course, the sticker shock at buying clothes for them as they grow... I can pay the same or more for a pair of kids pants at the store than I would for mine. In any case, this is a great resource for parents as you can purchase items cheaply and sell back items that are no longer needed. The clothes all seemed to be in tip-top shape and are arranged by size and by color which makes shopping easy for your little human. The ladies working there are also super nice and certainly helpful. In addition to clothing, they have all sorts of items such as play-sets and high chairs - I believe the selection changes all the time so you are better off having a look from time to time. The staff was rude multiple times. I've been back multiple times trying to be understanding but they act like I'm inconveniencing them. I only come to this store because is less then 5 min away from my house. The store in Roanoke on Franklin Rd. (1 hour away) it's awesome! I prefer to drive all the way there. The Roanoke staff is always polite, better organized, and will send text messages when they are having sales and send text messages when your items are ready to be picked up. read more

The store is in a great & convenient location with ample parking. The staff was incredibly polite. The store was well organized & clean. Many items were priced reasonably but still quite a few were priced rather high. You could almost pay the same for the items brand new from the original store. The one great buy are their hair bows. Messy and rude. I wanted to offer clothes for consignment. Someone I assume to be the store manager accused me of stealing cardboard boxes when I began to pick up the box to put clothes in them as the cashier said to do. Seriously, manager was guarding cardboard boxes so hard she wouldn't make a transaction. I've shopped here before and found it mediocre and messy. Really like this store! They've done some updates and made it more streamlined, which is nice. I've shopped there over the past 2+ years and have found some amazing clothes and toys for my niece. In fact, many of her outfits were new with tags still on them and the ones that weren't were all in outstanding condition. Never once did I find anything with holes or stains when I got home! The bigger equipment was also priced VERY reasonably. Toys also are priced well. The only reason I'm not giving it five stars is because the consignment rates seem a little lower than average when I have brought items in to sell, but certainly not drastic. It's definitely well worth checking out if you have kids in your life! You'll be amazed at how much you can get compared to stores! read more

I dont like the store, my husband a year ago let some clothes of my baby. The staff told him to return later for the money. When he return she said they dont have record that he left clotjes their. Today he came again to let clothes and the staff said they had been their year ago. They had record that my husband was their, they dont gave him the money.
