Anytime was asked her a question she rolled her eyes and at one point she walked away shaking her head as if she was making fun of us to the other workers. Don't even get me started on her reactions when asked pricing questions. We felt absolutely humiliated and had to drop everything and leave. If they want to improve I highly suggest taking a look at making changes to the staff. I mean the store is in a mall. She acted as if she was running an expensive boutique in Beverly Hills.... She's in need of a major reality check.

The store employees were wonderful in handling this and making sure that these idiots left other customers alone, and when they began to get physical the employees kept them from doing anything more than yelling. A decade ago, I loved their clothing designs, and in recent years, the styles have changed and have not fit my personal tastes so much. I wish that they would bring back their classy, timeless styles from the past. Nonetheless, I still occasionally shop here for clothes. This month, J. Crew Factory had a promotion for an extra discount on sale items. I bought a pair of jeans for only $12 plus $7 for shipping and handling! Three days, later this distribution center mailed my jeans. Two days later, the UPS through the USPS delivered the package to my home. I like the jeans, the price, and the delivery.
