I said I'd just like to exchange a gift. She asked who had given it to me and I gave her my friend's name. She said they would not exchange without a receipt. I said I didn't have the receipt (it was a gift) and I felt it would be rude to ask for one. She said if I didn't want to ask for the receipt they wouldn't exchange- even though the transaction is in their POS register. They not only refused, they did it in an incredibly rude tone and manner as I'd barely made it inside the store and was very polite. I just turned around and walked out. I'll never go back. Crew Factory had a promotion for an extra discount on sale items. I bought a pair of jeans for only $12 plus $7 for shipping and handling! Three days, later this distribution center mailed my jeans. Two days later, the UPS through the USPS delivered the package to my home. I like the jeans, the price, and the delivery.
