Upon entering the store, I immediately felt overwhelmed. Soooo much stuff and it's all over the place. Not a good sign. I loss interest quickly. This store doesn't have its own identity, unfortunately. It's like a mash up of several different stores. I didn't like it. Left out without making any purchases. I don't think I will be returning. I overheard two customers expressing their surprise and unhappiness. I wanted to try on a pair of pants at 8:40 PM and was told the dressing rooms closed at 8:00 PM. Totally ridiculous! I dropped the pants and immediately left! This used to be one of the best clothing stores in Lynchburg. Now I don't even shop here due to the policies as mentioned, rude employees and lack of selection. I can definitely see why they are struggling. Take your business elsewhere!
