When I arrived at 3:00 p.m. to pick up my order, the young girl at the counter was unfriendly. I told her I was there to pick up the white roses and lilies, but she said they didn't have any white roses. I explained that I had placed an order that morning and expected it to be ready. She responded that there was no bouquet waiting for me. I asked why I had been told they had the flowers when they didn't, and why no one called to inform me they couldn't fulfill my order. She made no comment. The store itself feels creepy, and the flowers in stock did not look fresh. Find another florist to avoid wasting your time.
