I have no idea what happened to the clothes I had sent her for her birthday and neither did any employee. She also had a pair of glasses go missing. Their solution was for me to look through the Lost and Found. My husband and I went and bought her 4 tops, 3 pairs of shorts, a pair of capris and 5 slipper socks as well as a cute frog sleep shirt. We marked all her clothes with her name (E. Ward) and her room # like my Aunts did with her other items. Sadly, my mother passed away last June and when we came back to say goodbye and take care of her business, all that remained from the clothes we bought her was a pair of gray shorts. Her new rehabilitation home said that's all that came with her. She constantly said she was cold, but they never adjusted the vents. I didn't see why when she asked for a banana she couldn't be accommodated. They just didn't seem to care about their patients.

Some PT locations do manual work versus just hooking you up to a TEDS unit for half the session. The manual therapy makes all the difference in my opinion. I'm not sure if if any PT locations in Yuma do manual therapy or if they all follow the same style that STI uses
