There was a lady named their Jacqueline who was very rude disrespectful you call people intangible ignorant and incapable of doing there job over calling to ask questions she screams and yells using profanity even asked a patient there to shut up she couldn't hear with a headset in and her door closed they're nicer ways to explain and express yourself than the way she did I will never step foot in that place again. I believe it's because she's married to the doctor and is a manager there she can talk to people how she feels at this rate they'll lose their business. read more

I gave him one star because his receptionist was nice. Five minutes in the office with him and it was all downhill. I have no idea what this guy's problem was, but he went from nice, to a super Doc who thinks he is God... "You can't believe everything on an MRI" he told me. WHAT???!!! That was after I told him I had a stress fracture on the navicular, as exhibited on the MRI. The MRI was taken at the Steadman Clinic in Vail, CO,,,I was asked to have the MRI done at the Steadman Clinic, as they have a very high resolution MRI. So Dr Kravitz pops the MRI into his computer and says, "I don't see it!" (the stress fracture). Since he is God, now, he must know more than the VERY HIGH RESOLUTION machine that took the MRI I thought, Sorry, dude, maybe you have a crappy computer, but I didn't say that. The Steadman Clinic not only treats people like Lindsey Vonn, and elite athletes, but people like me, 70, but wanting to stay active...and they are very nice. Their orthopedics department is internationally known. There were some other problems with my torn ligaments, but he blew those off, too. He was RUDE, DISMISSIVE, and even disrespectful...BIG ego! At the end of the appt, he said all he could do for me was custom orthotics and I could talk to the front desk about prices. I felt like I was about to get my hand slapped for something. Dr. Kravitz was a blessing for me. He is very knowledgeable in his profession and I was very fortunate to have found him. The procedure that was done on my foot is very rare and not many doctors could have performed it, but Dr. Kravitz has proved he is not just any Dr. He assured me when I was skeptical, he made me comfortable with the complicated procedure that I was facing and I trust him 100% to give me his absolute best. I have one foot completed and I am having the other one done in just a couple of days and I am so excited to see the outcome. I originally saw another doctor to perform the procedure but before the surgical date a friend told me exactly what someone told her before her procedure with another doctor, "if you're gonna let anyone operate on you in Yuma, you don't want anyone but Dr. Kravitz." She was right!!! Dr. Kravitz is confident in his abilities and he will give you his all. He explained every step to me with pictures to show his treatment plan for me. Have to be honest. The doctors (you may not actually see Kravitz) might be ok, but the staff, policies, and registration methods have issues. I'm not going to go thru my demeaning experience. I'll just say that staff needs some retraining or replacement. read more

Yuma is very fortunate to have such a fine doctor. My husband suffered for year with pain in his right foot. Four years ago a podiatrist told my husband he knew how to fix his foot pain with minor surgery. He actually made it much worse. This February our family doctor sent my husband to Dr. Kravitz because by this time my husband could hardly walk. Dr Kravitz is my hero, in March he operated on 3 areas of my husbands foot. He did a total remodel of the foot. He is now free of foot pain. Dr. Kravitz is not only a fine surgeon he is a kind caring person.
