They said they sold the car I wanted because they thought I wanted the one that was more expensive and had more miles they also said that they just put the papers in the day before which was 2 days later from what they had said. Now I let this slide because I wanted a car. Came back 4 days later to find out that I needed a cosigner which hey definitely could've called to tel me about. I got a cosigner and everything was supposed to be ready to go. Said they would put it in again got approved. Waited a week and no call. I came back again and said what was going on. They said I can get it the next day early in the morning we have to just slap a sticker in it and the guy that does that isn't here. I came back as soon as they opened and they told me I couldn't get it because the battery had died and they needed to fix it up but I had to go to work and by time I'd be there they'd be closed. The saleswoman said she would be there until 7:30 so I could get it. I came at 6:40 and i Saw someone run inside the back. Called them about 20 times to let them know that I was here and still no response. I looked online and there's hours on The day I have off so I am here now and even though there is hours listed no one is here. I am thoroughly annoyed with this whole process and they have lost their sale. If you want a car, do not buy one here.

Everything in the vehicle checked out, the car fax (provided by dealer) looked good, and I wanted to move forward with negotiating a good purchase price. Jove was reasonably, as was I, I showed him the price I wanted "out the door". I offered an old 2002 BMW as a trade-in and he met my price. I am 45 years old, have bought all my other car from private parties and this was the first time I ever bought a car from a lot. Its almost like knowing you are going to be screwed, but not knowing if they'll use lube or not. That's how it typically rolls. I made a first visit to Tim's Trim to have some modifications made to the running boards of my Yukon Denali. The job seemed simple enough, but required special equipment. The folks at Tim's gave me a quote that was a couple hundred dollars less than I expected. They provided an appointment time. And upon arrival, they were ready to go. The paperwork and logistics were already taken care of. I left my vehicle with the understanding that things would be complete by noon. I received a call at 11:00 or so stating that the vehicle was ready to go. I arrived shortly after 1:00 and the vehicle looked great. After I went in to pay, the service rep told me that they had done the job quicker than expected and that I would save about $80 on the quoted labor costs. These guys actually reduced the bill. Unbelievable! A couple weeks followed and I received a nice hand written card thanking me for doing business with Tims Trim. Now this is first class and a highly recommended trim shop.
