I purchased my first car from On Trac (Mike Underwood, GM) and he has made it clear that they will not take back the vehicle. I guess they prefer to have customers never return as well as being okay with screwing people over. The EPA & Channel 10 news have been contacted and Channel 10 is already ready to build a story.

It's not good to give the customer the "run around", when you have promised them you would take care of it. Furthermore, don't advertise something on a vehicle, if the feature does not work and you are not willing to fix it. Your a used car lot, that's a bit crammed. They said they sold the car I wanted because they thought I wanted the one that was more expensive and had more miles they also said that they just put the papers in the day before which was 2 days later from what they had said. Now I let this slide because I wanted a car. Came back 4 days later to find out that I needed a cosigner which hey definitely could've called to tel me about. I got a cosigner and everything was supposed to be ready to go. Said they would put it in again got approved. Waited a week and no call. I came back again and said what was going on. They said I can get it the next day early in the morning we have to just slap a sticker in it and the guy that does that isn't here. I came back as soon as they opened and they told me I couldn't get it because the battery had died and they needed to fix it up but I had to go to work and by time I'd be there they'd be closed. The saleswoman said she would be there until 7:30 so I could get it. I came at 6:40 and i Saw someone run inside the back. Called them about 20 times to let them know that I was here and still no response. I looked online and there's hours on The day I have off so I am here now and even though there is hours listed no one is here. I am thoroughly annoyed with this whole process and they have lost their sale. If you want a car, do not buy one here.

I called Clar Hagen and they were prompt and asked me to come back. I had an appointment to go to Victor so I couldn't stay there long. I requested to return the car on Monday. On Monday, they worked on the vehicle and put brand new brakes as well as reinspecting everything again. They took the whole brake/rotors/calipers completely off and went the extra mile. I am very impressed and will more than likely buy from them again when my youngest daughter gets her driver's license. Thank you Clar Hagen Auto!

When an undetected issue showed up days later, both John and the business owner, Wade, were immediately responsive (even though it was a Sunday), replaced the part at no charge, and even gave my daughter a very nice loaner so that she could get back to school. They then delivered her new car to her when it was repaired so that she would not miss any classes! I was honestly amazed at the high level of personal service and would highly recommend Clar Hagen to anyone who is looking for a car!

The lot is super small, only 6-7 cars on hand, but they had one in particular that I wanted. It was easy to take a test, just showed my ID to Jove and he gave me the keys. Everything in the vehicle checked out, the car fax (provided by dealer) looked good, and I wanted to move forward with negotiating a good purchase price. Jove was reasonably, as was I, I showed him the price I wanted "out the door". I offered an old 2002 BMW as a trade-in and he met my price. I am 45 years old, have bought all my other car from private parties and this was the first time I ever bought a car from a lot. If all lots were as reasonable and fair as Jove, car salesmen wouldn't have such a bad reputation. Thanks Jove!

Its almost like knowing you are going to be screwed, but not knowing if they'll use lube or not. That's how it typically rolls. I made a first visit to Tim's Trim to have some modifications made to the running boards of my Yukon Denali. The job seemed simple enough, but required special equipment. The folks at Tim's gave me a quote that was a couple hundred dollars less than I expected. They provided an appointment time. And upon arrival, they were ready to go. The paperwork and logistics were already taken care of. I left my vehicle with the understanding that things would be complete by noon. I received a call at 11:00 or so stating that the vehicle was ready to go. I arrived shortly after 1:00 and the vehicle looked great. After I went in to pay, the service rep told me that they had done the job quicker than expected and that I would save about $80 on the quoted labor costs. These guys actually reduced the bill.
