So, they told me I needed repairs to my 10 year old roof while two other roofers inspected it and…read moreassured me it was still fine with just normal wear and tear (no storm damage from the hurricane). Ryan advised me that he saw enough hail damage to file an insurance claim for total replacement ($14,000) but that if it was denied, he could fix a bunch of "trouble spots" for about $2500. Hmmm! In addition, I grew suspect because they appear so new that they don't show up on Google with an office location and NO Google reviews. Just a website. Their only Yelp review is from someone in California who is probably a "hired' review (how would a Californian know about a SC roofer). Also a little suspicious. Bottom line - you probably want to go with someone else.

Leaking after 2 years they say they only cover one year but send an employee out to take a look…read more After he sees the water damage and climbs on the roof and looks me in the eye and says there is nothing wrong with the roof. I asked him if he was seriously going to look me in the face after seeing water damage inside the house that runs about 15 to 20 feet and tell me they did good work? He said yes nothing is wrong. I have pictures from another company of the roof where it leaked and even with my untrained eye I can see the problem and the poor quality or work. Do not waste your time or money with them. I now have to spend $1,700 to repair the new roof plus whatever the cost is to fix the water damage. Avoid this company!

A young man came to my door and rang the bell. I ignored it ( trying to still sleep) but the bell rang again. I gave it a minute and then sighed with relief only to then hear Loud persistent knocking. Fine. I get up which then sets my dog off. I crack open my door and say "Yes?" ( my dog is steady barking, I'm trying to hold her back, I see the shirt that says modern roofing and say "I'm not interested " ( I just bought this house, we had it inspected twice. The roof is fine) and he says "no ma'am, I'm not selling anything". ( My dog is still barking, I'm aggravated) but then this young man has the audacity to tell me to just "come outside". Sir, you knocked on MY door. Regardless of if I ever need a roof or not, my business will go to ppl who understand the meaning of the word no from the beginning.
