Nicole patiently went through my tile options, sending me samples to see. The office is very personable and they work well together. I'm very happy I went with Aastro roofing to replace my roof, is very modern and has lots of curb appeal.

We had our roof repaired 5 years ago by Aastro after we discovered a leak shortly after we purchased our home. Had Darrin out to quote the job and they had the repair done very quickly. 5 years later discovered a leak in another area. Decided to move forward with a reroof instead of repair as roof was 26 years old. They could not have made the process any easier. They handled everything with the HOA and township for permits. Did the job quickly which was great, as I see so many new roofs sitting for weeks or months with no tile on the roof. Not with AASTRO, as soon as the tile order was scheduled to come in, they scheduled the start of the job and they were done with the entire job in a couple of weeks, start to finish including final township inspection. Was even surprised Darrin who quoted the reroof, set up a time to come by and just make sure we were happy in person. The couple little things we had which were super minor, they were happy to take care of and did within a couple days. You are in good hands with this company from start to finish. If I could give 10 stars I would. Thanks to all the staff at Aastro!

After reading customer reviews and getting quotes from several highly rated roofing companies we…read morechose Frank Seeber Roofing to do our 33 year old home's new roof. Frank Seeber himself came out fully prepared to discuss our new roof and explain the entire process. He had with him the brochures of several roofing tile companies. We wanted to change our white roof to a darker color and selected several tiles from 4 different companies. Frank said he would have samples of those tiles sent to us. The price quoted was very competitive. It included the cost of handling the permit process as well as providing the packages necessary for my two HOA's that I would then submit to the HOA for approvals. Frank also explained each phase of the roofing process, at what stage of the job city inspections would take place and the payments that would be made at various points during the installation. There was no pressure to make a fast decision. We told him if we went with him we would not want to start until after the holidays, about 2 months later. Frank said that would be no problem. He said to let him know. We were surprised 3 days later to receive large boxes of tile samples directly from the manufacturers. It was clear he had a good relationship with the manufacturers. We signed our contract in November and our work began in January. From Tear Down of our old roof to the final installation of our Eagle Capistrano Tile in Darker Sierra Madre, including all inspections and final approval, the process took 42 days. Everybody we worked with were Amazing. Jessica and Jamie in their main office were very professional, proactive and responsive. The various supervisors, John, Jose, and Fernando, in the field answered any questions, ensured the work site outside our home was clean every night when they finished and the quality of the work done was top notch. The workers clearly knew their respective jobs. They always were fully prepared for the City Inspector when he came out. The tiles passed the Engineering Roof Tile Uplift Test without any issues. Since we had our house repiped several years ago Supervisor John even went into our attic to ensure that the new pipes would not be near the roof plywood before they did any roofing work. As a note. Included with the job was several sheets of plywood and facia board. Any extra would have an additional cost. Our roof was 33 years old we expected more plywood was going to be needed then what was included. After Tear Down and review John told us he was surprised only 1 sheet of Plywood need to be change and a couple of feet of facia board. He said our original roof, though old, was done very well. No extra charge. We were impressed with their honesty. In closing, we are thrilled we chose Frank Seeber. They made the Roofing Process as easy as possible and they delivered an excellent product. We would use them again in a heartbeat.

Happy and satisfied with our new gutters and leaf guards! My husband worked with Kiro for a quote…read moreon custom square gutters but ultimately decided on the the typical K type gutters due to price. Through the entire process, Kiro was responsive via text and followed up with a revised quote and ETA for installation. Louie and another guy (can't remember his name unfortunately) arrived on the day of installation and were very professional. Louie walked me through where the downspouts were going to be installed per the predrawn diagram on the quote. He even let me watch the first piece of the gutter being extruded from the truck (damaged part was cut off first.) We were so happy to see water pouring out of the downspouts during the first rain after the gutters were installed. No more sheets of water running off the roof! + Communicative, friendly and professional + Reasonable price + On time and completed work in a timely manner + Gutters and leaf guards work well Note: The guys didn't wear masks but I guess I didn't really expect them to since they were working outside and on the roof. When they were talking to me and approaching me, they did leave a respectable distance. They also accidentally drilled though our internet line but we didn't really fault them for it as they tried really hard to move it out of the way/work around it - other companies required us to remove it prior to install. Ended up having to call our internet service provider to come out and fix it, but not a huge deal. Other than that, we still highly recommend these guys. Deposit necessary to be put on the schedule. We paid the deposit and final payment via checks mailed USPS.

We did our due diligence and selected five roofing companies based on Angie, BBB, Google & Yelp…read morereviews. Evans has been putting roofs up all over Florida for almost forty years. We were impressed with Meal as he clearly explained the roofing process, warranties, brought materials that we could see and feel and provided us with a list of neighbors that used them. We reached out to a few neighbors who were pleased with their job. We wanted the roofing job to start after hurricane season but it was started earlier. The new very heavy cement tiles were stacked on the roof when hurricane Helene & Milton were passing us by. I reached out to Evans with our concerns and the following morning our stacks were secured with metal ties. Our roof was completed as detailed. The new roof looks beautiful. We were connected with a painter to touch up our walls, a screen repairman to replace our torn screens and a gutter company. Our only issue was that we often were not informed about what was happening next. For example, we would have moved our car away from the house and juggled things around had we known when deliveries were coming. A trailer was moved in front of our garage and we had to have it moved so we could move our car. Our new Spanish-style red barrel tile roof besides being elegant is sun-reflecting, fire safe & will withstand 180 mph hurricane winds.

Many years ago, I used G&J Painting (John Silva and Guillermo Silva are the owners) for the outside…read moreof my house, and I was satisfied with the result. When it came time to paint the inside of my house, since they did a satisfactory job on the outside, I decided to use them for the inside as well. BIG MISTAKE! Painting the outside of the house was much easier and faster than the inside as they sprayed the outside. When it came to the inside of the house, they rolled, and that takes a lot more skill and preparation, both of which they lacked. There were three main issues/problems with the project: 1. G&J Painting damaged the header box/headrail of one of my expensive Hunter Douglas window coverings, which cannot be replaced as the fabric color is no longer available. They dripped gray paint onto white fabric, and instead of gently removing it, they attempted to "scrub" it off, totally damaging the fabric on the header box/headrail, as shown in the picture provided. 2. They did not tape any areas whatsoever. For example, where one color was used for the wall (grey) and another for the ceiling (white), they should have used tape to separate the colors, but did not. Instead, they attempted to paint freehand, and as you can see, the grey wall paint ended up on the ceiling because there was no straight line created by the tape. Tape was not used and should have been. This was an issue in many locations within the house. 3. They were careless and messy and dripped paint on furniture covers, office furniture, and other places, as shown in the pictures. Based on the above three issues, I will never use G&J Painting again and recommend that you don't either!!
