The windshield was cracked for about one foot long without any sign of hitting. So I reached out to the technician and he said it wasn't under any warranty unless it was due to workmanship or water leaking. At first, it sounded like they were not behind their product. So I said the windshield was faulty and cracked inside the car. However, he still didn't understand my point but keeping telling me that it wasn't covered if it was impacted by something like a rock. So I felt like I needed to talk to the manager and address my concerns. In addition, I requested a different brand in case they needed to replace it. After the appointment was set, the windshield had a couple more cracks just like the one before. So without a doubt, the shop had no problem to replace it at no cost. They also apologized that was the first time they had this faulty windshield. At the end, I am still thankful to find them. I'd definitely have given them 5 stars if they would have listened to me before making all sorts of assessment.

Turns out the eBay seller sold me the smaller glass so they couldn't install it BUT they repackaged my glass so it didn't even look like it had ever been opened and sent me on my way. I'm so glad I called - they picked up immediately Saturday morning and sent someone out within 2 hours. They were also super professional and clear with communication - because my car had been out and it was really hot that day, they warned me they couldn't in good conscience try the fix at that time because the heat made it much more likely for the repair to cause further damage. They worked with me to find another time later in the day they could come. They came back later in the afternoon when it was cooler and fixed it - and it looks really clean!
