I gave it a few minutes- when the car wash did not reset I drove away because I had an appointment to get to. As I drove away I called the office and he said I could come back and get a "free wash" ( you mean the one I already paid for?), or $14 in cash in the mail, or a coupon in the mail- he could not refund the money I just gave him back to my card. I said just send me the cash- that was a week ago..... There have been multiple problems with this location previous times but never have I lost my money- this is super irritating. Are you kidding me??? You rude jerk!!! The wash did not time me out!!! My sign said wash in use the WHOLE time I sat there!!! You even said the guy in front of me had the same exact issue!!! I was busy with my phone cuz I was trying to call you to tell you your piece of garbage car wash wasn't working!!!!! Don't lie!!!! I said I had an appointment down the street but I had to go to work right after which is 25 miles away!!! I told you NOT to leave the coupon in the mailbox because I was not coming back!!! Just give me my money back (ya know the $14 you were going to send in the mail in cash lol)- I don't want your "free" wash. Your car wash is trash. On top of all of this the owner called me and accused me of stealing a coupon from his mailbox and said I took all the other coupons that were in there too... WTF!!!! I just want my $14 back--- I will NEVER come back to your crappy car wash I don't need your dumb coupons-- why don't you look at your little cameras and call that person and threaten them.

This new build is a touchless wash. While there are other options and more expensive washes, when I'm doing a hands-free wash, I prefer the cheapest option. Generally it gets off enough of the sludge / dirt that I don't feel guilty for having spent the money. This location was nice too because there was an attendant on the premises helping to guide the cars in. I'd return to this location for a quick wash.
