Went this weekend to get my car washed, spent $27 for their highest wash level. When I got out to vacuum my car, I noticed the windshield still had bird poop as well as the front of the car had bird poop. When I went the staff to mention this, they said "that must've just happened". In the 100 feet from the end of the car wash exit to the vacuums, it must've just happened. It used to be the old place took and sprayed and scrubbed the front to make sure the hardest hit area from bugs and stuff. Nope, not anymore. I don't recommend their car washes.

He's so kind, trustworthy, and personable, and exactly the kind of person you want to give your money to. Him and his assistant worked so hard, went above and beyond, and had me inspect everything to make sure I was fully satisfied. As a young woman I also felt safe and comfortable and that counts for a lot. They also offered a selection of interior scents, and I chose Michael Kors. My car looks absolutely great and I will definitely be calling him again. Having a sparkling clean interior really uplifts my mood. OR Mobile Detailing doesn't need any hookups to water or power. Their professional van comes equipped with everything and they'll drive to you regardless of city or suburb. The van is small and just needs an average parking space. If you work with Oscar regularly, I believe he said he offers some discounts for recurring customers. But his prices are already so fair compared to big-name dealerships offering interior detailing, I'm more than happy to keep giving my money to this local business! The leather upholstery was new-car shiny, the dash and related surfaces were immaculate, and the carpets and mats were vacuumed and shampooed. Today, like every time I've been to Ryan's, it was evident that they take pride in their work. At Ryan's you'll get the best service and get it for a VERY reasonable price that hasn't changed since I've been a customer.

I was passing through the area when my maps informed me Valley Laser Wash was nearby. If you don't know this area, it's very easy to drive by the location as it's a little set back on the grounds. It's a self-pay kiosk car wash, meaning there's no attendants there to help. You basically just pop your credit card in the machine, select your wash and self-guide in against the light-up sign instructions. The signs were clear enough to follow even through the physical wash itself. For a self-guided car wash it was a fine experience! No complaints about how it washed my car. I paid for the premium wash (again, my poor car really needed it), and I was happy with the results. The prices seem to be a little under-market too (especially the premium wash), though you'll pay for vacuums. If you're in this industrial part of Northeast Ohio and need a car wash, I definitely recommend this 24 hour laser wash.
