Made arrangements for rides and showed up promptly at 8am only to wait 15 mins for the doors to open. Called later to verify they were done and advised we would be there about 1/2hour later due to travel time. We arrive at 3pm only to find our car in the lot abandoned and the office closed. The guy said he wife had a Dr appt for the daughter. Ok but we called to ask it the vehicle could be picked up at 3. All the woman had to do was forewarn us and we could have come later.
