Food-wise, we only ordered the picada 2 which came with mozz sticks, sausage, steak, pita bread and arrancini. Very delicious and filling for less than $15 bucks. And even though my drink came with a staple (yeah, I don't know either) the service replaced it immediately and we had a great time here.

For a buffet-style setup, the variety left a lot to be desired. The number of dishes being passed around was minimal, and the salad bar was nothing to write home about. Nothing really stood out or made me feel like I was getting my money's worth. Bottom line: skip it. The value just isn't there for what you're paying. I'd look elsewhere for a better experience at a comparable price point. My waitress was not impressive-she explained nothing, never offered or asked if we wanted more potatoes, yuca fries or plantains and had to be ran down for refills - even though it was not busy. The dessert was the only star within my experience.

Was searching for a restaurant for a special occasion and came across this hidden spot. It felt…read morelike a speakeasy type of vibe. Very small space but cozy and welcoming on the last floor of a hotel. The Churrasco is amazing and the portion is as well. Looks like they prepare everything at the moment so it takes a little while to eat, however they gave us some salad to hold over while the food came out. I was a bit disappointed that many things that were on the menu where not available and it looks like they try to limit the amount of food per day in case their is no business traffic. Still a nice spot for a nice conversation away from crowd and the bustling on the San Juan streets.

Everything was made fresh(str8 out the fryer piping hot) to order & I couldn't get enough of their food. You could def taste the freshness in every bite. I honestly enjoyed everything(no complaints here). Inside had many decorations & it was cool (the AC was def booming) to beat that PR heat. The only downside was the service. While the waitress was friendly, she could have been more attentive. I often had to call her over or get up myself whenever I needed something. It wasn't enough to ruin the experience, but it did take away from an otherwise gr8 visit. Overall, the fresh food, tasty flavors,& comfortable atmosphere made this a solid 1st stop in Puerto Rico.I'd def come back for more!!

The chuleta kan kan was crispy, juicy, and definitely standout, rich, and indulgent. The bistec encebollado was well seasoned and tender, especially paired with the rice and beans, which had great homestyle flavor. The alcapurria had that nice crunchy outside with a savory filling, so fresh and satisfying and the fried cheese and salchichas were nice and crispy. Overall, everything was delicious...big portions, bold seasoning, casual, local PR food vibe where you leave full and happy. I'd definitely come back here again

Yes this place is pricey but well worth the extra pocket change…read more The restaurant is classy which is expected from a ritzy restaurant.. at the Ritz. Expect cougars and businessmen spending hours eating and drinking wine. The dishes were superb. The meal started with a Yorkshire pudding bread with Parmesan. I ordered a cherry coke (no refills on fountain drinks? OK) The rib eye my husband ordered was massive and cooked perfectly. n It came with a bone marrow which was OK if you are used to the texture. He also ordered an additional side of potatoes three ways which was good but nothing spectacular. I had a crab cake and ceviche. The ceviche was very citrusy with tomatoes and fish and crispy wonton style chips to accompany it. The tiny Tabasco bottle and a lime wedge was included in case u needed a little kick. The crab cake had the right amount of crab with thinly sliced onions on top. The aioli that accompanied it was also very good. We didn't order dessert but for dessert they gave us two small brownie bites. Pretty chewy and chocolately.. the way a brownie should be. And the perfect size for a full tummy.

We made reservations with the hotel concierge who was nice and accommodating. We were seated quickly. That's where the quick ended. Everything from that point on took forever to happen. It was the tiniest banana cake with the tiniest scope of ice cream accompanied by this chocolate cookie. Delicious. I'll marry the pastry chef but not sure I loved anyone else there.
