Worth Ribeye, which is boneless. Instead of taking it back and tossing it they let us keep free of charge for the mistake. They quickly brought out the correct order. Lucky us. We got to try both. Great steak! Both were seasoned just right and cooked perfectly to medium rare. We both agreed the Ft. Worth was tastier because it was juicier, probably because it was a thinner cut.
