They were oddly sweet and incredibly rubbery, like erasers. The tartare was also strangely sweet, with a sticky balsamic-like dressing and only four little chips. The oysters were disappointing as well--4 for $32 is steep, and I expected more than cheese simply warmed on top. Overall, there were some great elements, but the food lacked the consistency and execution I'd expect at this price point. His attitude transferred over to my wife.m, but that wasn't going to stop me. I dragged them both inside. My kid ate and fell asleep (he was just tired). My wife's mood changed after taking a bite of the steak and seeing the employees line dance. The place lived up to the hype. We shared the 20oz Bone In Ribeye. They accidentally brought us the Ft. Worth Ribeye, which is boneless. Instead of taking it back and tossing it they let us keep free of charge for the mistake. They quickly brought out the correct order. Lucky us. We got to try both. Great steak! Both were seasoned just right and cooked perfectly to medium rare. We both agreed the Ft. Worth was tastier because it was juicier, probably because it was a thinner cut. But the difference wasn't much. We'd reorder both in a heartbeat. The chili was also fantastic and the rolls with the honey cinnamon butter were perfect. I'm definitely coming back.
