At first, I thought one of my previous chip repairs had failed, but it turned out I had never actually had that particular chip repaired. Lots of window chips happened this snowboarding season! After removing the windshield, JD took the time to walk me through everything, showing me the original repairs that had been done and pointing out the unrepaired chip I had completely forgotten I didn't get fixed. I really appreciated how patient and transparent he was in explaining the differences. Even though the mix-up was entirely my mistake, he graciously honored his original price quote. That level of honesty, integrity, and customer service is hard to find these days. Each interaction he was incredibly responsive, punctual, and had me taken care of faster than I expected.
