Chacon put my adult daughter's social security number on the line for my social, my teenage son's on my daughter's taxes and left mine out completely. These were two different tax filings. We don't know how this happened as everyone's social is on their own W2 and it on everyone's individual paper. After we contacted her several times, we went into the office and she apologized and said she fixed everything and gave us new paperwork and said she would pay my daughters tax fine since it was her (Chacon's) fault. She didn't, nor did she fix our daughter's social security number (it still says our son's). My daughter has to pay it, however, IT'S STILL UNDER MY SON'S SOCIAL and the IRS doesn't recognize it because its wrong. She didn't fix it and how as tax time is coming up, we have to bring all four of us to the same appointment for our new tax person to try to figure out how to file everyone's taxes the right way (our teenage son also needs to file this year). We have tried to contact her by text and phone more than a handful of times and she will not respond. So very upset about trusting Ms. Chacon with our sensitive materials.

She said Exxon would get back to me in a week. It has been over a week. I sent a registered letter, several emails, and many messages to the office as well as speaking to Dori on one other occasion. Never got a call back from Exxon or Dori regarding the status of my situation or any of the many messages I left asking someone to give me an update.
