I asked him many questions throughout the treatment, and he patiently answered every one of them with clear explanations. What also impressed me was watching him train a newer technician while working. He explained not only what to do, but how and why, while still keeping the job moving efficiently. Another thing that really stood out was Ramone's attitude. He genuinely enjoys his work, and that positive energy carries into the workplace and makes the experience pleasant for everyone around him -- including the customer. He told me that he really enjoys the process of doing his job, and after watching him work, I can understand why he does it so well. Stride was not the lowest estimate I received, but after seeing the quality of the work, I feel I got what I paid for. If I need termite service again in the future, I would definitely come back to Stride. Excellent work, Ramone!

I do not see any more termite activity either. So the big question is, was it worth the cost? Well that depends on your finances and whether you can spare the $53+ monthly charge for 4 annual visits. We decided to cancel after a year to cut back on some expenses. And as I mentioned in the previous review, you'll get a text, which gives you the opportunity to also leave review and a tip. Overall, the service did what it was supposed to. They can also come out to do a single treatment which we will keep in mind.

I thought I could take care of it myself with over the counter sprays, but had a guy friend come over and said I definitely needed to hire a pest control service. I searched online and saw the great reviews for Advantage and called to see their next available appointment. At this point, I was freaked out that I needed service ASAP and asked if there was any way someone could come today and they were able to re-arrange their schedule to send a technician out THAT DAY! Not only was the technician very professional, explaining why and what he was doing step by step, but he also went into my attic to sweep and spray (which my friend said even his service doesn't do, and he owns multiple properties throughout Texas). Which they do with every service! I feel such a sense of relief knowing I'm taken care of thanks to Advantage!
