This salon over charges and the customer service is horrible. If you do not like your look, too bad. No refunds or fixing. The owner Kristen Colon is extremely rude and has no type of manners. She hung up the phone on me while trying to discuss my issue. I spend $300 to move my extensions up. This was not discussed prior to this service. It was rushed and my extensions were seven inches shorter in length prior to being adjusted a half of an inch of growth. They still owe me hair that I never got! I didn't even finish my service and I still paid. It's been over a month and still no hair, and my service was never completed! I have plenty of screenshots that I could add if this is ever denied. My appointment was canceled twice same day as I am walking into the salon. If you cancel same day, you get charged. If they cancel same day, sucks for you. Kristen's response was it wasn't her so it's not her problem. She used one strip of hair extension. Added tape instead of more hair. My hair is now completely ruined and falling out. This photo was two weeks after the service and the glue is breaking my hair. I do not recommend this salon. read more

I came in 11/11 for a sew-in appointment with Kristin. I was charged $400 for the hair, $300 for installation and $35 for the tape-in removal. Her hair wefts was 24 inches, very thin on the ends (which I was told by another stylist is poor hair quality) and color is not jet black. I sent her a pic prior to my appointment so I was surprised why it didn't click to her that my hair was jet black. She color corrected it but still had the red/brown undertone which I was fine with because I needed new hair to travel the next day and I already stayed 2 hours there. It took us longer than expected to finish given that there was a color mismatch which I did not mind because it was livable. After the installation was done, we took pictures. The overall experience during the 5 hours was good, had small talk as needed, she allowed me to take a business call. I paid and left. The next day I saw that there was a ton of shedding from the hair(see attached pic). To which when I texted Kristin she said, that's normal. Mind you, I've had fusions, tapein and sew in before, this is the most I have seen. I believed her anyway bec it was "hand tied wefts and it was tailored to fit my hair". Day 3, my corners already felt loose which I think was normal after my first wash. I also felt my wefts bending or disjointed which was odd. I didn't do anything drastic with brushing or pulling and was very careful given the amount of shedding I have been seeing. I always tied my hair in a loose bun when sleeping to avoid tangling. Day 5, I texted her that there was a string sticking out (see attached pic) to which she responded, oh it must be left over and "I missed it" feel free to cut it (see attached text). At this point my corners started to pop out slowly from the side of my head. When I cut that damn thread, that's when my right hand side of my weft started falling off halfway through my head (see pic). Everyday leading to today, my wefts unraveled (thank you for the term Kristin). And I kindly contacted Kristin to please fix ASAP. She responded the next day with her schedule and I wasn't able to respond immediately to which she pressed that if I cannot come in it will be hard to accommodate me due to her busy schedule. I was not able to accommodate her schedule due to work but there were no other options offered. (See attached text changes) What irked me the most about this exchange was how unapologetic and unprofessional she was given that I am a paying FIRST client (see attached text exchanges). It seemed that she was inconvenienced of the whole encounter and that she was too busy to accommodate me. I offered "to meet her schedule" to perhaps uninstall and install at a later time to which she responded that's an upcharge and she's only going to fix the corners. I told her, I had a sew in before and went scuba diving for 2 weeks, this is not normal. To sum up this review, look at Kristin's responses to me. Is this the right way to talk to an obviously concerned client? Like, even the most established hair dressers do not talk to clients this way. She had the audacity to tell me I'm not the right stylist for you. You sure are not given your unprofessionalism. No other options were provided except that her open schedule for a reinstall was 15 days out! I am severely disappointed since a) your IG looks like you're far away from being unprofessional and b) you just take your client's money and do NOT care about your quality of work. My experience at On-Site Studio wasn't exactly positive but the intention of this review is not to bash the salon but to provide transparency for potential clients and provide constructive feedback for the salon specifically in regards to management and operations. Scheduling In the weeks leading up to my appointment, I received several calls regarding rescheduling. A couple of calls were regarding new availability that came up (which was nice!) but I also had my appointment moved back twice due to scheduling conflict - this happened to work for me so it not a huge deal, but had it not I would have been upset regarding all of the run-around. It seems they aren't very organized regarding their scheduling. Overall Experience After a call earlier in the day to move my appointment back again from 4 pm to 4:30, I arrived at the salon and then had to wait further until 5 pm. Once being sat at a station full of empty water bottles from the previous client I was told that a strand test was needed since I previously applied dye from Sally's. I like the thoroughness but it would have been great to have an assistant apply the bleach on my hair while I waited instead of waiting 30 minutes to wait another 30 minutes before my service truly started. (They knew my full hair history prior to my appointment so this could have been thought of as I've had this done at other salons.) After the strand test, I was told adding highlights was not possible. This was disappointing as I've had other stylists lift my hair with no issue after layers of dye but I think my stylist wasn't experienced enough to know how to lift my hair and go in the right direction instead of saying 'ok, you have to be brunette until all of your hair grows out' - literally. No other options. I totally understand this was this stylist's comfort level but disappointing nonetheless. So, I asked her to even out my color and cover my grey roots ( I have a few in the front but it's literally one patch). So, she did a 'reverse balayage' on my hair - her term, with dark dye to help blend the banding in my hair and then took me to the sink.... and then she realized she didn't cover my greys. So, no rinsing, back to the chair, where she says "why didn't you remind me?" well because it's your job I don't know your process. She gets all the dye on the top of my head rinses out the bottom half of my hair and sticks me under a dryer to help speed up the processing on the top of my head. Finally, dye is rinsed out and she then pulls the toner through my hair rinses and then has an assistant blow dry me. At this point, it's now 8 pm and I was scheduled for a balayage and a haircut... she just completely forgot my haircut. The assistant blow drying my hair asked if I wanted my hair styled curly or straight. I hesitated because at this point I'm now realizing my haircut was completely forgotten - not because I really wanted it curled which is what they thought. At this point I'm tired and I just want to get home so I don't say anything, but again disappointing. Pricing On-site does not have pricing on their website and I would recommend having the stylist break down exactly what they are going to charge for your service because I was pretty shocked with their pricing when it came time to pay. I expected to pay around $300-$400 for the balayage and cut but I came in as a brunette with dead ends and left as a slightly less warm-toned brunette with dead ends all for the tune of $430 with tip. They charged $200 for the 'balayage' which used dye and not bleach, then $60 for the "root cover" which was really a tiny bit more dye used to put on my greys and they also charged ~$35-40 for each toner they used and the blowdry. These prices aren't *too* crazy if I had gotten what I came for but given the service I received, it just wasn't worth it. In Conclusion You know how there are restaurants/cafes/bars/lounges that cater to the Instagram photo opportunity? Typically these places include a focal wall, quirky/fun seating options, and a trendy aesthetic but when you take a closer look you realize the quality isn't there? Today I realized On-site is the salon equivalent of this. It's a modern salon that pushes out photos of its attractive clientele, but it lacks the professionalism, structure, and quality of a truly high-end salon experience, but man do they charge you like that's what you're getting! I believe I can get a lot more bang for my buck elsewhere and a stylist that wants to go on a blonding journey with me (slow and steady is FINE and preferred, actually for my hair's integrity) but waiting for my hair to grow out entirely??? My first ever coloring on my hair was today with Selah and I'm obsessed! She gave me a really natural caramel-y balayage along with a really nice haircut and thinning session. First off Kristen is amazing! As a coily curly headed female it is SO hard finding someone that not only is willing to confidently cut and style curly hair but someone that actually knows what their doing. Kristen knows what she's doing. I usually get anxiety when I book hair appointment because 99.9% of the time I'm disappointed. Today I came out of the salon with flawless curls and I couldn't be happier. The salon was gorgeous. Modern but still cozy. I was offered refreshments right when I walked in. I met with the stylist and we talked about my hair routine. I wanted to go with the Devacurl cut which is a dry cut. I prefer dry cuts because the stylist can see how I style my hair and how my curls lay before cutting. Kristen asked what I was looking for and I said just a trim. She gave me just that. Half of the way through the cut, I started seeing the difference in my hair and knew I made the right choice. I plan on coming back to her for color in a couple months. Skipping my summer trip to Louisville where Todd Bauer usually cuts my curls (yea, I know my stylist is totally in a different city), I decided to take the plunge and look for a salon that specializes in curly hair a little closer to home. But.. who? Yelp to the rescue! I had heard about the DevaCut from a friend in Miami who also has curly hair, I noticed that On-Site specialized in DevaCuts. I looked through the reviews and found consistently good ones and walked in for a look-see and to make an appointment. When I walked in, I noticed a few girls with curls waiting and other curly headed girls getting their hair done-did. Good sign. So I had a chat with the Sandra at the front desk who was in charge of the appointments and made one. Honestly? I was a bit nervous, in my years getting my hair cut, I have had more than one terrible experience. Have I cried? You bet. I have shed many a tear over botched cuts, so going somewhere new always freaks me out. My appointment was with Rebekah, and I was happy since she is mentioned positively in the reviews. I really like her understanding of what type of curl I have, what can (and can't) be done, and her respect when she listened to me. She didn't treat me like I haven't been dealing with this head of curls since birth like many stylists do (ooh honey I AM the expert and you are the person who isn't.. type of attitude - you know what I mean). Her suggestions were fantastic and she also understood the problem I am having with handfuls of hair falling out (thanks thyroid issues) and gave me a few recommendations for that. A few snips here, a few snips there, some hydrating products and BAM!! Carla is happy! It is a great cut that will grow out well, which is important. I had my FIRST Deva Cut ever today by Mickey! I can't believe I waited this long! It has been close to 2 years since my last haircut because of my fears, and I knew it was time to see a curly hair specialist! I was really nervous going in because I have had the dreaded triangle head so many times before, but we spoke about my fear and he certainly listened! First, when I came in I was greeted by the receptionist who was super sweet and made me a fresh cup of coffee! Mickey came and introduced himself and we got to chatting about my hair. He listened to everything I had to say about my lifestyle and my admittedly lazy hair routine. He explained everything he was doing the entire time to make sure that I understood how to treat and care for my locks. I have a lot of hair, but it's relatively fine, so sometimes it will fall flat at the top because of how much length it has (it's to my lower back). I explained that issue to Mickey and he made sure to tell me ways to keep its volume throughout the day. I had done a lot of research on the Deva Cut and I know prices are pretty high. I was nervous because $75 is a lot of money for a haircut. Mickey spent so much time informing me about my hair and I realized that this wasn't just an expensive haircut, but this was like an entire curly-hair class! Totally worth my $75! I left On-Site today posting so many photos to my snapchat because I just loved how my hair looked! I am not a normal selfie-taker, but I was so confident in my hair that I wanted everyone to see it! I have been looking for a hair salon that caters to curly hair and I have finally found it. I called as soon as I saw how well reviewed this place is and immediately got an appointment for the next day. I walked in, and was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and was offered a drink while I waited. The girl that was supposed to cut my hair never showed up, but Larry saved the day!! Larry immediately took charge of my hair, recommended a good haircut for my type of hair, and worked his magic. He cut my hair the exact length I wanted and styled it to perfection. He even taught me how to style my hair and the do's and don'ts of using a diffuser. I am usually not a fan of going to the hair salon. But this experience really made me feel so comfortable. The atmosphere is great and the staff was super kind to me. Trusting someone with curly hair is tough, but Larry knew exactly what to do and how to do it. I don't recommend this salon !! the first time I went for full highlights and cut . My hair wasn't cute even and dark hair showing in the back. I went back so she can correct her mistake she want to charge more. The first visit was $416:00 My second visit to color roots, she applied weird color and charged $115:00 during my visit I got hit on the head several times. she was supposed to apply darker color but she didn't . my hair color now is strawberry color and I look as if I'm bold!! I called them several times but no respond . After few days I received a rude call they are not willing to correct the color. This place is run by screaming girls and the owners is hardly there. I went looking for a DevaCut specialist on the DevaCurl website for a local salon. I found OnSite Studio and research the 3 stylist who were listed as DevaCut specialist. I settle on one and booked an appointment on one day and the cut on the following date since I've never been there before. Upon my arrival I was greeted by their receptionist who was friendly and helpful. I was a little early to my appointment so I sat down to wait on my stylist. My stylist come over greeted me and we started the consultation. Stylist was friendly but the consultation went downhill from there. I explained my long term goals for my hair and the recent damage I had cause to them and what I expected after the cut. I had my hair in a ponytail so she asked me to take it down. She looked at it but didn't touch it. Then said I can't guarantee that your curls are just going to come back after the cut. I explained to her that I knew the cut wasn't going to miraculously make my curls come back and that I knew it was a process as I explained to her beforehand. After that she said that we could do a small cut and then see how it goes and then do another cut in the future. She said thank you and see you at my actual appointment and that's it. I left confused since not once did she say DevaCut or explained the process of how she was going to cut it. I decided to cancel my appointment because I certainly did not feel like I was going to get a Devacut after all. When I canceled it I was not asked why especially since I was asked if I wanted to reschedule and I said no. I decided to go back to a single color (black) and I figured I'd find some place in Orlando as that's where I'm living. I found Jarely on Instagram (faithincurls) and decided I would try to set up an appointment. She responded quickly and set me up for one that same week. When I walked into the studio I was greeted by the lovely receptionist. And waited about 5 minutes for Jarely. She sat me down & I told her what I wanted and I got exactly that. There are no DevaCut specialists in Daytona Beach, so I expanded my search to Orlando. This salon looked like a good fit and has good reviews, so I gave it a try. I couldn't be happier! I cherish my curls and am always afraid that stylists won't, or aren't familiar with cutting curlys. Knowing I was going specifically to a DevaCut specialist took away the worry though. Larry is amazing!! He told me what to expect, and the various products he was using as he was applying them. He did an absolutely amazing job of bringing my curls back to life! It was so different from what I had been expecting, I wasn't sure about the final result. Amazingly, he knew I didn't love it. We texted back and forth, with him offering some additional layering. So I went back in the beginning of February to have a consultation for hair extensions. I sat down with Kristen and told her what I was looking for exactly and what my concerns/fears were (had really bad extensions experience back in 2015 for my wedding from somewhere else). I have shoulder length hair so I was very concerned about it looking natural Kristen was a really amazing and really listened and answered all my questions. She took the time to explain what the whole process would be from start to finish and we went over length and color matching, we talked about prices and she explained that purchasing the hair was the most expensive part and I explained I had to save up some money. She was totally understanding which I really appreciated she put all the prices on a card for me so I knew what I needed. (I've been to other salons that I've just felt super pressured or the stylist whole attitude changed when I said I wasn't gonna book a appointment right away) I told her I would call and make a deposit for the hair as soon as I had it... I just went back about a week ago to finally get my extensions put in, The whole process took maybe about a hour and a half to two with washing my hair, blow drying, adding the extensions and styling. This was hands down the best experience I have ever had. Kristen took the time to go over all the care instructions and what to expect with my new head of hair (cause I'm super paranoid from my past experience still) I have never felt more comfortable and confident walking out of a salon. I have very long very curly very dry hair and I know and have known forever that I need special handling of my hair. But I tried to save a little money and went to a place that had one of their "Master Stylists" basically cut a giant hole in my hair. I cried and then moved on to finding someone who could fix it. So I went on the Deva Curl site and found On-Site salon that's very close to my office. My first encounter was on the phone with Emily and I explained the situation and she offered me an appointment the next day with Larry. I had to call her back after checking my schedule but I ended up going online and scheduling. This is a super convenient feature that I'll probably use more than calling them directly and scheduling. Emily was very pleasant on the phone and made a very good first impression. So the next day I drove over to their salon and had some trouble finding it. It's on the first floor of a red brick two story building. I don't know why I didn't see it but had to call and ask for help. I spoke with Sandra who told me I was right there and also where to park. There's parking behind the building but not many spaces so I'm glad I got there early and was able to find a space. I walked into the salon and was greeted with a smile from Sandra. Sandra offered me a beverage (I had water) and sat down to wait. Larry called me over after just a few minutes and introduced himself to me and we chatted about what I was looking for in a style and cut. He inspected my disaster of a cut from 4 days before and we talked about keeping as much length as possible. Also I've been using drugstore hair products that were not helping my hair whatsoever and he talked to me all throughout the process about what he was using and why. My hair was immediately transformed by these products and Larrys expert use of them. It was soft and bouncy and looked completely different. Larry was able to keep quite a bit of length and I've had numerous compliments in the last few days since it was done. I felt immediately comfortable with Larry and knew right away that I could trust him. At checkout I met Emily who I had spoken to on the phone and she was again very pleasant and smiles when she speaks to you. For those who have naturally curly hair and know how nerve racking it is to try and find someone who is an expert in your hair this is the place for you. I got a hair cut for Kristin recently. Overall I was very dissatisfied. First, she was 15 minutes late and didn't apologize. Second, I came in for a deva curl cut and did not receive one. I came in with my hair styled wavy with product in it and formed curls/waves. She proceeded to COMB my hair into a fuzzy mess and then cut dry after it was combed out. This defeats the purpose of a dry cut, where you can cut individual curls or sections. I left with hair stringy, thinned out, and barely with any curl at all. She did not ask what I thought or if I was pleased. I left ASAP, and for the first time in my life I actually went straight to another salon to beg them to fix my hair. I do not recommend this person for a deva curl cut. read more

I've just recently moved to the orlando area from the NYC area and was hoping to find someone who knew about the deva cut. I've been using the deva curl product for about a year now and absolutely love it! ... I was hopeful when I read Kristen's previous reviews however I was very disappointed ....Kristen is knowledgable about the deva cut, my trim was okay but wasn't Wowed by it. Back at home never have I ever left without myself or my curls feeling and looking amazing! One thing my stylist taught me back at home was to never be sparing in applying product to my hair because the curls need it!! And I think that was Kristen's fault she was unbelievably sparing with her product, she put the bare minimal to my hair. After everything my hair looked like a complete frizz ball! I immediately tied up my hair, embarrassed to walk around the way she left it ( first time ever after a deva cut &style) Overall she does have knowledge of the deva cut but felt like I was given a cookie cutter type service. Have had devacurl cuts done by Kristen in the past while she was at Studio 11 and she has always done a wonderful job. However, today Rebekah did my Devacut instead and I was even more impressed. I am so happy Kristen was finally able to open up her salon and hire a friendly, professional, and equally talented staff so nobody feels that she is the only one capable of a great haircut. I hated my curls until I discovered Kristen and now Rebekah. Rebekah discussed my curls for about 20 minutes before starting, explained my hair loss, and most importantly how to style it myself at home step by step. Rebekah repaired my Botticelli curls after I had a botched DevaCut. She could easily see the problem areas from the previous cut and fixed my curls as best she could without cutting my curls too short. I drove 2.5 hours to get my curls handled by Rebekah and I am very pleased. She cut the curls dry and didn't retouch the curls until my hair was completely dry after the wash. I received partial highlights as well and love how they turned out. Thank you Rebekah! I will be back! The salon itself is gorgeous, they have loads of DevaCurl products and is an open layout oh & the chairs rock! read more

Being someone who loves fun vivids and pretty, eye catching colors, finding out that I could in fact have that whilst keeping my curl pattern made me really happy. After looking at salons all over my area, On-Site caught my eye. They seemed professional, clean and trustworthy. I took the leap and dyed my curls magenta, it looked less pink and more brown at first but once the color oxidized it turned into a beautiful bright pink color. After I grew tired of it, I dyed my hair half pink and half purple and once again it turned out beautiful. Eventually I got tired of that too and went to get my hair dyed blue, this is where things started to go downhill. Now the blue color that was applied was absolutely beautiful, it was an even, soft baby blue color that got me many compliments wherever I went. There was just one problem, once I left the salon my curls from the bottom half down were almost completely gone, since I'd bleached the left side of my head 3 times I wasnt that surprised. But for both sides to be so utterly dead looking something had to have happened. I tend to be a pretty passive person, if I dont like something I'll just not say anything if it'll avoid confrontation. So that day I just went home and decided to nurse my hair back to health. Eventually I was able to recover some of my curls to the point where I could look at myself in the mirror without crying, the left side of my hair was obviously straighter than the right, even though I did my best to hide it. Eventually after the blue faded out, I found myself having the ugliest seafoam green color, which is to be expected. I was traveling at the time and didnt have any dyes with me other than a small bottle of purple arctic fox dye which I mixed with conditioner and just used that to hide the green, I was able to make it look slightly less blotchy to the point where it was wearable and my mom told me to just set up a consultation with On-Site again to make it more even. I went to the consultation and everything was fine, we agreed on a lavander color and set up a date to do it. Once the day of the appointment came along I was very nervous but I figured that they were professionals and I'd be okay. I sat down on the chair and they bleached the right side of my head to a blonde color, then i noticed that my hair was still very green, at that point I wanted to leave but they all looked so calm I figured it wasn't a big deal. They said they wouldn't bleach my overgrown roots and instead would put a dark purple on top of my naturally very dark brown hair to hide the brassy color, since I trusted them wholeheartedly I just smiled and nodded (big mistake on my part) after they started applying the color I soon realized that it wasnt purple but rather a dark blue with green undertones which was the exact thing I was trying to get rid of with this visit. They applied a beautiful lilac color on the rest of the hair. One thing you'll find at On-Site is that when someone is doing your hair all the other stylists will walk by complimenting the color and smiling. It makes you feel good about being there. Once they rinsed the color out I began to notice just how bad it really is. It is patchy, way more patchy than it had been when I did it myself. The color looks muddy and dirty like a green gray color at the ends with some areas having a bright purple meanwhile the rest of the hair is just blue. It just looks terrible. Again all the sylists began complimenting the color, which made me feel as though I was being taken for an idiot. Yes I'm a teenager, but I have eyes, I can tell just how bad it looks. My mom who went to get her hair done with me left the salon looking fabulous though, and we got our hair done by the same person. My mom tried telling me that it didnt look that bad and that I should wait for the color to oxidize but honestly no amount of oxidizing will fix this mess. Eventually even she admitted that it is very patchy. You wouldnt even think that I got this done at a salon. I'm going to try to fix this myself but I have a feeling I'm going to have to go back to my natural hair color which I really dont want to do. Personally I think that what failed here wasnt so much lack of skill from the stylist but rather, for lack of a better term, poor work ethics. Every time I've been to On-Site i've just gone along with what they say and try my best not to argue with anyone but whenever I did make a comment, I felt like I was not being listened to. It seems like they dont really care about the work they put out or how you end up looking at the end of the appointment. Their work is inconsistent and their nonchalant attitude towards my obviously messed up hair made it seem like the average client is very much unimportant and irrelevant to them. I wish I had more good things to say but sadly I'm just really upset at the moment, I hope they can read this and take it as constructive criticism, because that's all this review is meant to be. read more

The place look nice very welcoming. But my hair experience was not all that. I paid too much just for balayage which did not do any different on my hair color or the diva cut was okay but not the extent that I was excited about my hair cut. Am just disappointed of Amount I paid just same way I came in looks same way I came out. I would not recommend this place to any curly hair people. The Stylist I had was Miss. Three months ago I had my first experience with a Deva cut, and I was dazzled by the results. Larry cut my hair, and he explained every step of the process really well. He also explained what each product did, but did not at all pressure me to buy them. (I bought all five products he used because I was so pleased with the results- I've never bought that many products at once from a salon.) The end result was curls like I have never seen before on my head. Three months later, and I am still really happy with the cut, the curls, and the fact that I have been able to achieve results almost as good as Larry's (that's why he's the professional). I love, love, LOVE the Deva Curl cut! My first experience (Deva Curl cut and color) was with Summer this past winter and she did a fantastic job! I had another cut with Mickey about 3 months ago and it was pretty good. Yesterday, I had another great experience with Rebekah with a root touch-up and highlights. I had no idea what colors I wanted as I let my previous Denver hairstylist do what she wanted with my hair color. Rebekah helped me decide though and I'm loving it. The only thing is it takes forevvvvvvvvvvver for my hair to dry which makes styling difficult as I'm ready to go by then, 3 1/2 hours later. read more

Got my first Devacut by Rebekah and I will definitely be back. I am absolutely in love with my haircut and my curls are healthier looking! My hair now has a great shape that fits my curls. Rebekah took her time to feel my hair texture and curl patterns prior to getting started with my hair. She was sure to understand my hair goals and concerns and educated me about my hair and the cut throughout the process. It's hard to find a good curly hair stylist and I think Rebekah definitely has the gift. The salon is really cute and modern and the staff was all extremely friendly and welcoming. Was so glad I found this place! Beautiful, clean, professional hair salon. Went to Jarely Nuñez, the curly hair specialist, and she was amazing! She cuts hair using the Deva cut technique, and she is an expert! Sweet girl, listened to what I wanted, and cut my hair curly so that I have a neat and beautiful wash and go. I have found my stylist and will not go anywhere else. She styles ALL curly hair, Caucasian and African American and anyone in between. I fall into the latter category. I have been singing the praises of her and On-Site since I got my hair cut. read more

Kristen has been my hair stylist for about a year now and she does an incredible job! I've never had a dramatic cut done by her, just trims, but for highlighting/foils she is a genius! I always walk out happy because she listens to what I want and if I show her a picture to replicate, it turns out exactly like the photo!
