The appointment was for a LOF, tire rotation and washer repair. Brett e-mailed us photos of the air filter and cabin filter. Both clearly showed that they needed replaced and we approved this. What a terrific idea...we had never had pics sent to us while our vehicle was being worked on. Brilliant! The local auto conglomerate had told us a few months back that our rear brakes were 2/32 and needed immediate replacement. While rotating our tires today, Fadely's notes that the rear brake pads (both sides, inner and outer) in fact measure 7/32. Wow! One guess what we think of that other shop (dealership) now. The cherry on top of the sundae was our bill was about $25 less than quoted. What an awesome experience we had with Brett Fadely! Quality work, an honest price, even a thorough explanation when picking up our vehicle. A-plus!

This is my first time using Yelp and was so stressed because my regular mechanic is my friend and he was on vacation when the brakes went out. I felt so much better when I found people who would help me . Special thanks to Charlton at C&A Automotive for making me feel at ease and gave me a great deal . It turned out to be the brake job from hell because of the poor workmanship of the last owner . An hour project turned into a 3 and a half hour nightmare. Charlton worked his ass off and kept a good attitude . We're both talkers and that helped our mental health. Lol I can't recommend to highly. You need a car repair done he's the man to get.

Charlton messaged me back within 15 minutes. I explained that my throttle dashboard light came on, and Charlton said I might need the $70.00 diagnostic test to turn it off and determine the throttle problem. Charlton also asked me about the size of my engine. I scheduled an appointment and canceled it because the throttle light went out. Perhaps it was the below-freezing temperature and my attempt to drive my vehicle without sufficiently warming it up that prompted the throttle light to come on, I will definitely contact C & A when my vehicle does need servicing. I appreciated the messaging that helped me determine what my vehicle needed. What's valuable? The excellent customer service in fielding my throttle concerns is worth noting.

I took my car in for an oil change and they called and asked if I also wanted it inspected since it was soon due. This was just a suggestion, not an up-sale, but thanks for noticing, you saved me a trip! But, the amazing part is that the day before I had an "oops" and backed my car into another, crumpling my left rear bumper corner......well, "that" part wasn't amazing, but this next part is. When I picked my car up, it was almost unnoticeable. They had somehow popped it out and it looks so much better. I thought I'd spend at least a few hundred to get it fixed, but out of kindness and great service they fixed it. Bonus! They go above and beyond. Mount Zion was the last shop I visited. I had heard fantastic things about them and wanted to see their shop. It is to say at the least impressive. I knew as soon as I saw the shop these guys are a cut above every other shop I'd consider. They were going to do my lift. I met with Roy and as we sat at his desk he built me a custom 2.5 to 3 inch lift that covered all the bases and took into consideration that my Jeep was also my daily driver. He got me scheduled and ordered my parts and shortly there after it was in the shop. Roy built me a fantastic lift and I couldn't be happier with the work. It's settled in it drives fantastic. What impressed me most was the attention to detail Roy took. The suspension geometry is dead on. This is something the other shops hadn't even considered.
