The technician, Ruben, arrived at my place to inspect the garage after seeing the photos I submitted, and gave me the quote price we had agreed upon. No nonsense repairs for an extra cost (e.g. replacing the spring and whole garage to follow the Federal's rule, which is quoted from other repairman), and he repairs what it needs to be repaired - which is the damaged panels. The quality of door and opener was the same of those big brand companies. I had issues with Door sensors as sensors mounted on rails per manufacturer but with expansion and contraction of metal the sensors were not lining up and door not closing. On Rails came back about a year later and fixed the issue by adding shelf for sensors.
