I haven't used their service since 2015 and moved out of state so I thought they must've mixed up my old info with someone else's and I called to let them know they were either being scammed or something was wrong with their system. The person I assume is Macy was very rude and was convinced I was in the wrong by not paying their invoice. She was unwilling to listen and basically decided I was lying from just a phone number. At the end I just told her to remove my information from their system and to never call me again. So beware when you give them your information, they might accuse you of not paying for an invoice from a job that you never asked them to do.

Got a coupon to clean a drain clog and the plumber told me their 50 foot snake wasn't enough to reach the blockage and recommended a $1200 hydrojetting service. I checked their snake and it had no grease on it. I knew immediately they were lying to me because my 30 foot snake touches grease every time I ran it through and I can feel resistance, but they claim their 50 foot snake never touched grease and that they didn't feel any resistance? Before starting, he mentioned the camera going in and I said what camera. They said the camera to inspect the pipe after hydrojetting. I asked if that was waived if I paid for hydrojetting. They said yes. Anyway, after the camera inspection, they removed the seal on the drain pipe and never added it back even after I asked and they said yes. They didn't. I added the sealant back myself. They tried to sell me on an $8000 service and acted shocked I said no. I checked back the charges on my card, and it looks like they still charged me for the camera inspection. I called them and they told me they don't waive it, yet the plumber who I specifically asked if they waived it told me yes, and they also told me it was $200. Turns out they charged me $289 for it. Going to dispute it with my bank.

The Lawton team came out and found the leak and repaired in a timely manner. I was impressed with the plumber's knowledge and how fast he found the leak. I talked with him and their salesman for a few minutes and they explained everything to me and it was a very quick and easy process. All 3 of the guys that I talked to were kind and very respectful and did a great clean up job as well. I will for sure be using Lawton again if any other problems come up.
