I was a patient at this office for over 20 years. I had the dentist that opened up the practice…read more After he retired he left me in good hands with three very capable dentists as well as most the office staff did not change. The are now owned by 42 North Dental Care, PLLC practice and this company is owned and operated by dentists Dr. Samuel Shames, DMD. and Dr. Ronald Weissman, DMD. Since they took over all the former dentists are gone and last I knew most of the staff had left. They put crowns on three on implants I had done at an oral surgeons office in December 2023. Last week, 18 months later they sent me a huge bill. A week later I got an automated call asking for me to pay over $2500 right then. This is just one of the most absurd situations I have every been in with a dental office. The doctor that did the crowns, Dr Pabaney, was the worst dentist I have ever had. I only went to them because I was with the practice when I first stared the implant process. Not only was it a total nightmare just getting them to call me back to get an appointment but his chairside miner was rude, he had THE WORST BREATHE OF ANYONE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED and he is supposedly a dentist. Even his dental assistant knew he smelled, the look on her face was a look of horror, even she couldn't take it. Since I've moved to the area there are so many other dentists office that you have to go anyplace else. Also, look for who the owners are, if they have anything to do with 42 North Dental Care, PLLC stay away.

HORRIBLE. Went to Northborough Dental for 19 years and always had such great care from Dr. Howells…read more He was an amazing Dentist! Dr. Pabeny, I hate even referring to him as "Dr.", took the practice over and is an absolute SLEAZE who lacks professional morality. The Hippoocratic Oath he took when becoming a dentist meant nothing to him. He damaged one of my four crowns and downright lied to my face and was backpedaling on his story when I called him out on it face-to-face. I have never met a medical professional who could look a client/patient in the eyes and lie. Not to mention the note he doctored in an attempt to cover his butt when I brought up seeking legal assistance on the matter. When requesting for documentation and imaging he refused to send ANY documentation that I could then use to hold him accountable. He is an absolute sleaze who should rethink what type of professional he actually is...which he is NOT. Pabeny, you are a downright lying sleazebag. I can't emphasize the sleazebag more when referencing you!

I used to have a lot of anxiety and hesitated over calling and visiting a New Dentist, and I am so glad I gave Dental Solutions a chance! The receptionist is very knowledgeable, calming and puts your mind at ease immediately! I only wish I had called them sooner. Anyone who needs Dental repairs/cleaning/a New Dentist, but keeps putting it off out of fear or embarassment or anxiety, will be halfway done with their Appointment thinking the same thing I did: "I should've done this a year ago! What was I waiting for? These people are awesome and after this I can actually smile again" Huge Thank you to Dental Solutions Northborough Please take good care of your teeth, it's okay to procrastinate in other areas of life, but you don't want to learn you have 12 cavities that need root canals, 2 extractions and 2 implants/crowns to get Lesson learned! This was the best place I could have gotten that work done! 5 Stars

Outstanding dentistry, and Dr. Theroux is AWESOME!!!…read more The new location (across CVS and up the hill is incredible); plenty of parking, and the same friendly staff! I come all the way from Quincy for Dr. Theroux's services... definitely worth the trip, as GREAT dentists are certainly hard to find. The dental technicians are also top shelf... gentle and thorough.l, and the administration is also very nice and accommodating! I've been coming here since 2006, and again I've no regrets whatsoever.

I am extremely disappointed with the level of customer service I received at this office,…read moreespecially after being a loyal patient for over a year. On the day of my appointment, there was a medical emergency on my street that blocked access, causing an unavoidable delay. I did everything a responsible patient should do--I first texted the office, then followed up with a phone call to inform them I would be approximately 10-15 minutes late. The staff member I spoke with assured me that this would be fine. However, when I arrived, I was abruptly told that I could not be seen. What made this experience particularly frustrating is the inconsistency. I have personally waited 15+ minutes on multiple occasions when the office was running behind, and I remained patient and respectful. Yet when the situation was reversed--even after clear communication and approval--I was not given the same courtesy. Additionally, the interaction with the office (including who I believe was the owner, Tina) was extremely disappointing. The tone was short, dismissive, and abrasive. No apology was offered. No effort was made to find a solution. No attempt to reschedule was initiated. It was handled with a level of indifference that felt both unprofessional and disrespectful. I also could not ignore the stark difference in demeanor displayed toward another patient in the office at that same time. The contrast in tone and engagement was noticeable and, frankly, concerning. As someone who has supported this practice--bringing my family here and referring three additional patients--I expected a much higher level of professionalism, accountability, and basic courtesy. Lastly, I would also question the appropriateness and sanitation standards regarding the presence of a dog in a dental office setting, as I have observed this on multiple visits. This situation could have been handled very differently with simple communication, professionalism, and respect. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.
