For a more thorough cleaning, I've chosen the $7 wash that includes a towel dry, underbody flush, and wheel and tire cleaner. My vehicle came out very clean. There are also $10 and $13 options if you want a clear coat or a complete body protectant and a tire shine. Hands down, KMR is the best at what they do and they do actually clean it to perfection. I will never take any of my cars anywhere else. I cannot thank these guys enough for all the work they put into my car…read more I started out with an odd problem where my car would intermittently not start. I tried replacing the fuel pump relay since that's a common problem for my model. That helped, but did not fix the problem. It got to be where I thought the fuel pump itself was probably going so I searched around for a place to do the job. Not only were they the best price in comparison to other places I called, but they were very personable. They asked if I was stranded somewhere and offered to tow my car to their shop. When I dropped the car off, they offered to drive me to work/home. They replaced the fuel pump within 24 hours. Unfortunately, that wasn't the only problem with my poor car. We also had electrical problems (which I suspected was the root cause) and the fuse box needed to be replaced as well. This was done by the end of the day once I gave permission to replace that part as well. The car worked great for a few weeks, but then started showing signs of the same problem- not starting, ect. I called them up and they asked me to bring it back in and were willing to wait past 5 for me to get there since I was at work that day. Their diagnostic workup found a part that was starting to go- but that ended up not being the problem. In the end, it was a melted connector that was causing a chain effect. I would have never found this on my own and they were so patient in finding this complex problem. tldr: They were able to find and fix a complex electrical problem. They dedicated a lot of time to answering my questions, were very patient, and were very fair. They obviously cared very much about how not having a car influences a person's life and were extremely flexible.

I purchased a Dodge Ram from Nick back in November. He stated that nothing was wrong with the truck…read moreand said the truck had a rebuilt engine and a new heating core. The brake lights stopped working after Nick had the truck back to do an oil change. The heat worked for less than a week and the truck has had multiple issues since then as well. I have tried to contact Nick to find out what might be going on. He has ignored all of my attempts at communication. The truck was listed on his friend Rob O'Neill facebook, he did not register the truck in his name stating that he didn't want his soon to be ex-wife to know about the sale.
