This location has been very good to me each and everytime I have been here. I got cheap tires, probably worth more than the car they are going on. My experience was good. I have driven crappy roads in horrible places in the world like Mexico and Louisiana and nothing will wear out a car and cause so much tire damage like Hall or Mound Roads. THIS Discount Tire has done well on FREE tire repairs for me. It takes a while to wait but they do good work. I work near Centerline and there's a Discount Tire on Van Dyke. I took a tire that kept losing air there to repair and those clowns told me it was fixed after a wait of more than 2 hours. I kept losing air on it and kept filling it. I took it to this place and my suspicions were correct. Centerline Discount Tire never repaired it. Those idiots said they did. Well, no big deal as it is supposed to be free and it was. Tilch Road Discount Tire went ahead and repaired it and also told me about some issues with the suspension. Point is, that I trust these guys so far and they have done a great job selling and servicing me. The guys have been very good here too at this location, very knowledgeable and very customer service oriented. Recently I went in to simply have a tire repaired and dealt with an agent Mr. David East, who took the time to inspect the brakes and rotors. Mr. East prepared a quote that was significantly less than the dealership where we had planned to take the car for this work, saving us hundreds of dollars. I always took my cars to the dealership where we consistently overpay for simple service, I initially only came here for a tire deal but after having many positive experiences including battery replacement and oil changes would recommend having your PM done here. This Bell are much faster, more accommodating, and fairly priced. I highly reccomend this location and appreciate the care, concern, and patience of the staff here.

(These snow tires have only been used through a few winters and are practically brand new, so it wasn't an issue with them being too worn.) While I understand it's Belle Tire's corporate policy not to work with tires over 10 years old, it would have been great if the rep had gone over that when I told him I had my own snow tires prior to coordinating a ride to drop off my car. I then had to coordinate another ride to pick up my car and take it to another shop (USA Tire) who was willing to put my snow tires on.
