Each time I have been the staff have been very friendly and kind. They answer all the questions I have about the process they will be doing on my teeth. The location is in a great spot and the building is very clean and kept proper. The only complaint I would have is that I had to sit for quite awhile in the waiting room before my apointment. Dr Fedoretz was very kind though and made great conversation while I was getting my dental work done. Overall super happy with university dental. I will continue to go here and get my teeth work done

So that gives them a 5 start just for that! Once all the insurance was cleared up and I went in for my appt it continued to be extremely enjoyable and fun. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He makes sure you understands everything. Not only is the doctor so smart and great but Lori my hygenist was equally as amazing. I have bad anxiety about pain and they did absolutely everything I could have asked for to keep the experience as enjoyable as possible. I…read morehave been living in Edmonton for over 15 years and have still been travelling back to GP to visit my dentist until now... I think that speaks volumes. I needed to find a dentist I was comfortable with; my kids were comfortable with and that I didn't feel like I was being ripped of by seeing as there are no dental fee guidelines in Alberta yet (they are working on it). I have definitely found that here at the Heritage Dental Centre. They treated us well and I felt welcomed which is what I was looking for in a dental office - not just a patient; not just a number but someone they cared about after all they are looking after my health and well being. The hygienist took care of us and the dentist made sound suggestions for care - whether that was a filling for one child or waiting to see what happens with the other. My middle one needed wisdom teeth removed and he suggested a place to go and I had no hesitation about taking his suggestion has I was happy with his work. I will be coming back here for sure. Plenty of free parking but it was also close to the LRT for my oldest who needed to meet us here after university. Plus they took care of insurance and are open late for even more convenience. Really, what more can I - or anyone else, ask for?

I had some bonding done before that was not done great and I grin pretty badly so I have posted before and after because I'm so happy how natural they look aside from my swollen gums as it was just don't 5 hours ago. they will settle . thank you again !!!!!

After a decade with another office, I extensively reviewed all the options in our area and Lobay dental was in the top three contenders. Following a family recommendation we gave them a try and couldn't be more pleased! When you visit you can expect excellent care, quality dentistry, a modern atmosphere and staff that truly care about their patients! You can tell they enjoy their jobs and they prioritize your experience. Everyone from front desk staff to the dentists themselves are warmth and compassion personified. This clinic also handles those who have anxiety exceptionally well. If you typically hate medical visits or simply fear dentistry, this is the place for you! They hear your concerns and have aids in the treatment rooms to help relax you (massage chairs and televisions). Another plus for me is that they are top notch with their sanitzing and sterilization procedures. You can be assured you are safe in their hands. The staff at Lobay Dental have transformed our dental experience and we cannot recommend them highly enough! Thank you Lobay Dental for providing the dental experience that everyone should have!

My first experience with Dr. Jefferies was relaxing and easy going. For people who hate dentists, I suggest visiting Parkstone Dental in Sherwood Park. Dr. Jefferies will change your attitude and make you feel at ease when laying in the dentist chair. His clinic is amazing. The design and aesthetics also give you the relaxing feeling you desire. The support staff are also accommodating for those with jitters. But there is one aspect of Parkstone Dental and Dr. Jefferies that I really want to emphasize. He is fantastic with kids. Both my boys have seen him and had amazing experiences. He has a way of talking with children to make them feel at ease that you don't see many Dentists able to do. I think it's his great sense of humour and youthful personality that does the trick. Nonetheless, I suggest yo bring your children to see Dr. Jefferies if you have a child who is nervous or scared of the dentist.

I could not recommend this place enough!…read more My husband had seen Dr. Lai at his previous practice two years ago, and we were so glad to book with him again when we found out he'd started his own place. My guy came home downright cheerful the last time, which has never, ever happened before (it was just a cleaning/checkup, so that probably helped a bit ;)). The receptionist is great--knowledgeable and thoughtful when helping you to book. The chairs are comfortable and the space is immaculate. Diana is a skilled hygienist who is very informative and takes obvious care to ensure your comfort. Dr. Lai is very professional and competent. He will create a program for anyone who needs a lot of work done (my husband is one such patient) and provides recommendations for treatment, including taking your budget (benefits or lack thereof) into account by prioritizing and offering options according to efficacy and cost. Most importantly, he is very efficient and does not dawdle once he's in there! Dr. Lai is so excellent at what he does that, although my husband would basically rather set himself on fire than go to the dentist, he actually says that he likes Dr. Lai. He has a lot of work that needs to be done on some severe issues, but Dr. Lai has never blamed or shamed him, just showed that he wants to help to improve things. The whole team is really great that way; they are on your side.
