Each time I have been the staff have been very friendly and kind. They answer all the questions I have about the process they will be doing on my teeth. The location is in a great spot and the building is very clean and kept proper. The only complaint I would have is that I had to sit for quite awhile in the waiting room before my apointment. Dr Fedoretz was very kind though and made great conversation while I was getting my dental work done. Overall super happy with university dental. She organized all of my insurance coverage, even calling them to get more information. I thought I had just got her on a good day. Nope! When I went in for my appt she was there and was just as awesome as well as all the wonderful ladies behind the desk. Not to mention they have the newest and coolest massage chair I've ever been in! So that gives them a 5 start just for that! Once all the insurance was cleared up and I went in for my appt it continued to be extremely enjoyable and fun. The doctor is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He makes sure you understands everything. Not only is the doctor so smart and great but Lori my hygenist was equally as amazing. I have bad anxiety about pain and they did absolutely everything I could have asked for to keep the experience as enjoyable as possible. This is absolutely my neq dental office from now on and my husband and I will also be taking out children there because it is just that great!! So happy I found them!

I came here for my Invisalign treatment and spent 5700 dollars on it. First of all I am a…read moreuniversity student trying to make my ends meet. The clinic asked me to do a cleaning here and I did two times here. Each time the cleaning costed me over 300 dollars and my student dental care didn't cover me anything in this clinic. They also asked me to get my teeth checked which is going to cost me about 290 dollars. I said I will have to go to somewhere else that my dental care could cover. They kind of forced me into a cleaning saying that if I don't clean my teeth then they cannot give me my new trays. So I booked my cleaning at a place that my student dental care works. After that they gave me attitude and did not replying my emails and ignored my calls. At the same time the assistant I was contacting to pretended to be a patient and left good reviews on Google map. Last year I waited for over 90 days for my new trays and no one contacted me until I emailed them and no one responded. That uncovered 300 dollars cleaning and 290 dollars dental check requires me of at least two weeks of work because back then I was only allowed to work for 20 hours per week. They don't care about my struggles and they only want every penny from my pocket. If you want to keep a patient, work harder to get included by our healthcare plans instead of giving me attitude. Is that very hard to think through? At the same time they did a terrible job of my Invisalign. The doctor never gave me a plan of how my teeth would look like after treatment. I didn't have problems of middle line of my two front teeth that could not align, black triangle and gap between teeth but now I have them. Thanks to this brilliant dentist! I did mentioned these problems at least three times and apparently it's way over his ability to fix them. And the assistant tricked me into giving up by saying that they could only give me for sessions but Invisalign has a five-year warranty! I also need to mention that every time they were trying to glue attachments on my teeth, I either got burned on my lip or got glue left on my face. There's one time I went home from their clinic, I saw a white spot left on my face so I removed and then a piece of skin was pealed off. It was glue left on the glasses they handed me which means they didn't sterilize the things they used. It's lucky there was no scar left on my face or this is not over. Now I have to save money to fix all the problems they left with me. Choosing this clinic is definitely the biggest mistake I have ever made. Still I would thank all the receptionists who were really nice and helpful to me. You guys deserve so much better.

I called the office and was booked for a consultation two days later. I didn't need a referral. I liked the Dentist and her staff. I booked the procedure to be done one week following the consult. I have complete confidence in Dr. Roche and the staff. I am happy with the procedure and booked another appointment in a couple of weeks. The office is bright and spacious. It's colourful and chill. There is some free parking at the back of the building. Very nice.

He was friendly, patient, gentle, and performed cleanings himself... And you know what? He passed on his practice to someone just like him! Dr. Luu and her team are phenomenal! A recent example is when I had a checkup and cleaning with my then five-week old in tow. It was still very stressful to get out of the house and I was not sure if I'd be on time (I wasn't) or if he'd scream during the appointment (He did). With a little bit of notice, they were willing to accommodate our needs and also followed up with a phone call the next day to make sure I was okay. I was indeed okay (despite the news of the three cavities that had appeared in six months) and booked two follow-up appointments to get those taken care of.
