I ended up having gum line issues/bleeding/ and color mismatch from my prior crowns and 3 years after the procedure I ended up back in Dr. Michaelson's office. Once I decided to move forward with my crown revision, he was very honest and straightforward with how I could best achieve the look I wanted, what my future with the crowns looked like, and timeline. They were also up front and transparent with pricing. Even though they are on the higher end price wise, the lab they used did an amazing job to match the color and it has now been over a year and my teeth have held up nicely. I was also very nervous for how long the temporaries needed to be on because of how bad temps have been in the past but these temporaries were not bad at all. For general dental visits: all of my cleanings were awesome/pain free and you could tell that they knew how to be careful with maintaining integrity of any dental work. Only experience that I feel like could be improved upon was X-Ray process. I have never been that uncomfortable from just getting dental images but they also got the most in depth photos I've ever had done so that could be why. Lastly, they always tried to accommodate my schedule and fit me in when they could. Overall, I highly recommend Dr. Michaelson and his team. If I did not move I would still be going for my annual exams and any additional work.

I found this office on Yelp and took a chance. When I called they were so friendly and happy to see me. They saw me within moments of arriving and prepared my tooth for a temporary crown. The dentist and dental assistant were both professional and very considerate of me and how I was doing through the entire procedure. My family and I will now be permanent patients of this practice. This is at the Orlando, FL location near UCF with Dr Nguyen Nguyen My college age son missed his semi-annual cleaning at home, so I thought I did my research by finding a good dentist near UCF (who was rated well with our dental insurance no less), where he could just get his teeth cleaned and keep up to date, until his next visit with his usual dentist back home. I was informed in advance that as a new patient they would be taking full x-rays. WELL, my son called me immediately after the appointment, to tell me he was all done and checking out, and scheduling to get SEVEN cavities filled. What, Wait, Rewind!?!?! I told him to stop right there, do not schedule anything, and have those new x-rays emailed to us. So fast forward, his dentist at home squeezed him in when he was able to get home for an evaluation and review of the x- rays they took. His current dentist (who he has seen since his first tooth) had to take new x-rays because the ones provided by Magnolia were sub-par. And as I expected, he did not have even ONE cavity, and his dentist said he teeth looked exactly as his last appointment approximately 9 months ago. And fortunately, not only was his dentist was just happy to report that he had a clean bill of health, but he sent my son on his way without charging him a dime. I really couldn't believe it when my son said SEVEN cavities. That is insane! After I finish writing this review, I will be contacting my insurance company to let them know of the sub-standard service offered at this location by this dentist, and how I really feel like they are taking advantage of patients who are gullible and essentially scam them. To leave on a good note, my son did feel like the dental hygienist did a good job cleaning his teeth.

I went there looking for implants, but decided they were too pricey, so I had dentures made. I told…read morethem the lower dentures were painful, and she adjusted them. After wearing them for a few hours, they became so painful !! When I took them out and looked at them, they were very rough and you could actually see the grinder marks in the denture! I looked up the qualifications for Florida, and to be able to adjust dentures, you have to have a three year course to be certified, so when I went back, I asked to see her certification. She immediately became very defensive, and said that if I wasn't happy I could get my money back. The dentist was happy to show me her lisence, but refused to let me see the certifications for the ladies working there. I showed her the lower dentures, and she claimed she could see nothing wrong! But then she offered to smooth them out for me. I got my money back minus $150 dental lab fee. I just feel people should be warned!

This room had relaxing soft music playing and a program on the tv to keep myself distracted. I came in terrified and left happy and relieved. Dr Bill is very patient and precise. I felt like he was very gentle which I highly appreciate considering I hate the feeling of metal and vibration. The numbing worked fantastically and I felt like I was in and out.
