Not only did Tanya coach me to help my niece cut through the red tape (and ridiculousness of traveling 2 hours away for a renewal the day of travel), but I managed to get online and snag her an appointment slot on Hudson Street the next day. Not only did Tanya call me to find out if we got my niece the appointment, she made sure she knew what to have prepared going to that appointment.
