This agent told me that she has request for the refund and i should get refund in about two to three weeks. It has been more than two months and i haven't seen anything in my account. I have called saudi Arabian Airline many times to inquire about the status of refund but they keep saying talk to your travel Agent. I will register complaint to the dept of transportation and whoever else is affiliated with this travel agency.
