This was my 2nd home birth and I knew I wanted to try a new midwife with my 2nd pregnancy. Tiffany is attentive, real, extremely supportive and knowledgeable. Home birth is about choice, power, safety, spiritual, honoring the birther and child. Tiffany touched on all these and so much more. She delivered the facts, research and left the choices to the parents. From a young adult, I knew I wanted a home birth. After watching the "The Business of Being Born" it solidified my desire. Then covid happened and I was sold on home birth. Now, I can't imagine having gone through labor and birth with the restrictions of a hospital. Thank you Tiffany for showing me care, kindness, protection, and reassurance that I can do it, I did it, we did it and now I only wish I wanted more and more babies so I can go through this scared experience with Tiffany again. Tiffany completely changed my birth experience - on baby #5. I had four hospital births before…read morethis, three with epidurals and Certified Nurse Midwives and 1 unplanned natural with an OB. The last experience pushed me to try something new this time. And I'm so incredibly grateful. Tiffany gave me all the information to questions I asked in a very non-biased way. She gives you lots of time at appointments and is so easy to talk to. She lent me books to read and helped me feel empowered that I could have exactly the birth I wanted. When I had prodromal labor after my due date she came to my home for a non stress test and predicted that the cord was around the neck and suggested getting monitored at the hospital just to be sure everything was ok and that baby could withstand birth at home. She didn't take any unnecessary risks. The birth was at home, calm and perfect - even better than I had hoped (and Tiffany was right - the cord was loosely around the neck). She connected me with Meredith at Nourish Nevada - the most amazing lactation group that has blessed my life after 4 failed breastfeeding experiences with my others. She recommended an amazing pelvic floor therapist that helped my birth be amazing and my recovery even better. I'm actually mourning that this is my last baby because I'm finally surrounded by this incredible team of women who know how to help you have the best experience with birth, have a strong body, feed your baby like a pro and feel so proud of yourself and what your body can do. I can't express how much I wish I had found Tiffany and my team sooner. But better late than never I suppose.

Beth made time for us right away, and it was clear from the start she truly cared about helping our little guy. She traveled an unusual distance for house calls, and she worked around a challenging schedule since we were moving soon. Beth quickly identified our baby had both a tongue tie and lip tie. She referred us to a pediatric dentist who specialized in laser releases and even met us the day of the surgery to make sure everything went smoothly. She also coached us through our boy's recovery. Now it's been months since the surgery, and looking back, I don't know what we would have done without Beth's help. It's been amazing to see the effect. Our baby's weight gain dramatically improved, as did his regularity of feedings, and everyone's quality of life. Thank you for being a person who truly cares and does her job so well Beth!

They did originally say next visit wouldn't be for weeks and after I expressed it was urgent they talked to the lactation specialist, Andie, and she was willing to come in just to see me. I got referred to him by a friend who's father is a prominent family doctor in Reno. I figured he must be a good doctor if he has his daughter going to Dr. Klaich. Dr. Klaich is amazing. He is on time 95% of the time. He has a great bedside manor as well. I never felt rushed and he always took time to make sure that my questions were answered. He is very pro-women's decisions. He will give you different options and educate you so you can figure out what decision is right for you. In the delivery room, he is very confident and reassuring. He even estimated my first daughters delivery time within 16 minutes (he saw me around 8 am and estimated I would have her by noon...she was born at 12:16). He doesn't believe a woman should have to be in pain, if she doesn't want to be. His nurse, Linda, is just as great as he is. They make a wonderful team. I ended up having one of his partners deliver my second daughter daughter. After having an experience with another doctor I can truly say Dr. Klaich is a rock star in the delivery room. Although my second delivery was easier (and half the time) as my first, the experience wasn't as great. I would have given just about anything to have Dr. Klaich be the doctor that delivered my second.

I can't recall the doctor's name anymore but he was a older gentleman, I believe working part time in semi-retirement. Anyway his bedside manner was exceptional and I was very much at ease. The procedure was not all that unpleasant, although; not particularly pleasant either lol. Nevertheless it needed to be done and I'm just tough enough to handle some needle pokes. Afterwards, for about a month every time, you could see the bruises where the ugly veins used to be but that was anticipated. I knew the bruises would go away from the consultation and they eventually did. I went there three times that year and can now say, after 5+ years that it was worth every penny. My legs still look fantastic thanks to RVC!

After years of being dismissed and have pamphlets handed to me to read what could be wrong I decided to just bite the bullet and make an appointment. Making that appointment was one of the hardest thing for me at the time, because in my mind I felt like I was admitting defeat, like I was giving up because I couldn't do this on my own. I felt so much shame and disappointment in myself, but I showed up that appointment and decided to give the process a try. Boy am I glad I did. It wasn't the easiest journey or the fastest route but so very worth it. I never felt like they were just there to collect money or like I was just another patient. Every time I would go in I was greeted my name and the entire staff made me feel welcome and comfortable being there. After countless blood draws, early morning appointments, 4 failed IUI's, we decided go to the IVF route and we're successful on our first try. I remember getting that call on my birthday to let me know I was pregnant. That was one of the best days of my life. I cried tears of happiness, I cried on that first ultrasound. I still remember thinking after multiple treatments, procedures and over 150 shots it finally took! I was finally pregnant. The day we graduated from the fertility clinic every staff member that we have ever interacted with congratulated us and I even got a hug from Dr. Whitten. I can't thank him and his staff enough. If it wasn't for them I wouldn't have my twins here. My husband and I went back to say thank you after we had our twins and Dr. Whitten made sure he came out to see us and meet the twins. By far one of the best doctors I've had. To whoever is struggling with infertility and is not sure what to do just remember you are not alone. It's easier when you have someone that cares on your side. Thank you, a million times thank you Dr. Whitten.

Mid April: Dr w went over tests & some next steps 5 days later,met with Sara , the $ coord. got a breakdown of expenses : all of our initial needs & tests weren't listed or included in pricing, so it's an additional $5000 , separate from ivf. Next day, Alicia prompt in coordination with Dr & ? On hysterocopy, case specific. Dr worked with me for a personalized plan. Beg of may, office uses natera for blood test results. no inform prior owed $700. felt taken care of for additional procedures. IVF mixed feelings of the edu videos & knowledge checks. found them helpful but husband felt staff's job. videos would have been much more helpful prior to starting. disclosures not communicated from the front end. Once we paid for IVF cycle $14000, again disclosed about additional transfer fee, potential mock cycle, additional ultrasounds. Expect the highest amount, every test, additional cost to be better prepared. $ than anticipated Ivf beg of July. lots of shots and meds. Allie and Ray accommodated with meds & shipment needs During ultrasound for follicle growth, Joanna was rude. She asked if we had ?; answers short, sharp. The ultrasound & blood takes about 15 minutes. No notices of time frames for shots. window about a hour within the 12 hours. stressed if we were 15 minutes late, did shots in the car. shots can be mixed in advance, up to 30 days IVF cycle: When time for the trigger shot, allie and ray explained the process but it needed clarity. last ultrasound on Friday, blood draw sat and egg retrieval sun. This last minute schedule is difficult with coming from out of state. big frustration is all medications not used are wasted. The office had us Order a certain amount (one size fits all amount), which was too much, so we have an extra $1500 worth of medications. mock cycle + to length of process. expect about a month for each mock cycle and transfer, assuming all things go smooth. Dec: confusion over some + meds & appts. new med added on day of transfer, so hard to track down meds be4 a holiday. Wish informed prior ordered an + blood test due to my own case, (more $ ) Dec, embryo didn't stick.earliest meeting 2 mo. out unless a cancellation which happened. Dr W offered possibilities of why transfer failed . Mad alternatives discussed now rather than prior. during the IVF process you can consent to donate your embryos. we thought it would help another couple who didn't retrieve many eggs. Come to find out after the failed transfer, we can buy a donated embryo for an extra $8500. Post transfer, Alicia was helpful a few weeks later in regard to various symptoms. With all of that, I often feel out of whack from old injuries and can be extremely uncomfortable after high-impact activities. Thankfully, I can usually get an appointment within a day. Before seeing Dr. Welch, I like to use the water massage bed to help loosen up my muscles. When I see him, I explain what activities I've been doing and point out the areas that are bothering me, and he knows exactly how to adjust me accordingly. He also gives me exercises to strengthen areas that will help prevent my body from going out of whack so easily. Dr. Welch is truly amazing. I always feel so much better after an adjustment, and I really appreciate the care and expertise he provides. After 10 years, I can honestly say I wouldn't want to go anywhere else. The ladies at the front desk are also friendly, welcoming, and helpful. I highly recommend this place!

Recently, I was diagnosed with a herniation in my lower back and with a few treatments, doing my part to do my exercises and stretches on a daily basis, as prescribed by the chiropractor, and communicating my needs, so I can be treated correctly, my back is feeling great! I've only gone to see Dr. Caleb Mitchell and he is outstanding. He's very personable, takes time to listen to what's going on and it's very knowledgeable. Knowing about the structure of one's body can be very overwhelming, but Dr. Mitchell does a great job of putting things in perspective, uses visuals to help his patients understand what's going on, and is definitely an advocate for a healthy body. Usually, I've been to chiropractors who want to see you back and have you sign up for some type of plan, but his goal is definitely make sure you only come back when needed so he educates his clients in a really good way! The office staff is always friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend this chiropractic office!!

I met him while inpatient during an emergency and while I was absolutely miserable, I loved his bedside manner, personality and education and fully trusted him and his decisions without hesitation. I say I wish I met him sooner because he seemed to have a lot more willingness to research my medical history that could have saved me having the emergency requiring his care. As another said, you feel like he is actually listening and invested in you as a patient, a very very desirable quality for a doctor to have. He literally saved my life. After that inpatient experience, he let me stay with him for future reproductive healthcare, and I was able to leave my previous doctor who I had never been satisfied with. Every year I have my annual check up due to being high risk for cancer, and every interaction is like seeing an old friend, he is always friendly, genuine and often funny too. I still trust him, and am completely comfortable with him given the type of exam. His office is slow (like it can take an hour to be seen after your appointment time) and large, and can feel like a bit like a cog in a machine here, but its worth it to see him as my doctor. I have also seen on Facebook that when women ask for recommendations he is highly regarded there as well. I am not sure if he is taking new patients or not, but if so and you're in need of a doctor you like for a very vulnerable part of your healthcare, I highly suggest Dr. Garol.
