On each visit, I found the doctors to be polite, knowledgeable, and competent in their work. However, my primary concern is with the excessive waiting times and lack of communication. I understand that delays can happen in a medical office, and waiting five or even ten minutes past an appointment time is reasonable. But during my most recent visit with Dr. Demeron, I waited approximately 40 minutes in the exam room without anyone coming in to check on me or provide any update as to what was going on. There was no communication at all, which I found frustrating and unprofessional. When the doctor finally came in, I raised this concern. He told me that it is not uncommon for patients to wait 30 to 60 minutes beyond their scheduled appointment time while doctors attend to procedures. I found this response to be dismissive and unacceptable. While I understand that schedules can fall behind, a lack of communication and acknowledgment of a patient's time reflects poor office practices. I expressed how I felt at the time. I may have caught him off guard, but I believe feedback should be welcomed, as no one is above receiving constructive suggestions. What added to my frustration was that, after waiting all that time, the procedure itself took only about five minutes. As a diabetic patient, I rely on these appointments for proper care, and I expect that my time will be respected just as I respect the doctor's time. At the end of the visit, I was instructed to return in two to three months, and I scheduled a follow-up appointment as requested. Later that evening, I received an email asking for feedback about my visit. I provided an honest and fair opinion based on my experience. The following morning, I received a phone call from the office informing me that my upcoming appointment with Dr. Demeron had been changed to a different doctor. This change felt retaliatory in nature, given the timing after my feedback. If a doctor is unable to accept constructive criticism without taking it personally, that raises concerns about professionalism. Patient feedback is an important part of improving care and office practices, and it should not result in what appears to be punitive action.

Late post -- Reno Orthopedic Surgery Center…read more Let's be honest--no one wants to spend time at a surgical center. But when you're greeted by familiar, friendly faces each visit, it truly makes the experience feel far less intimidating. I've been here a few times now, and it really hit me how many incredible nurses I've encountered but never properly acknowledged. In the moment, you're focused on the procedure--but it's the people who leave the lasting impression. A heartfelt thank you to Kenya and Jenn for taking such great care of me during both pre-op and recovery. Their calm, attentive approach immediately put me at ease. And to the entire OR team--about 5-6 nurses whose names I didn't have the chance to catch--your professionalism and seamless teamwork did not go unnoticed. Of course, I'm also incredibly grateful to my orthopedic foot and ankle surgeon, Dr. Lundeen, along with Alex Ernst, MD, and Lindsey Whitlock, CFA. Having a team you trust makes all the difference, and I truly felt I was in the best hands. And a very special shoutout to Jen B--my "IV queen." At this point, she recognizes me not just by name, but by face--and that level of familiarity brings instant comfort. She is truly one and done every single time, and I can't thank her enough. To Jen B and all of the amazing nurses here--your compassion, patience, and dedication don't just make a difference... they define the entire experience. Highly recommend this team if you're ever in need of their services. Grateful beyond words.

My brother Prescott, my family, and I would stop in for that coffee and hot chocolate machine and whatever gear we needed for the day. What really stayed with us, though, was not just the stop, but Buck and Herschel. They were always friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on taking care of people. We come from a ski racing background back East, so we have always been particular about fit and performance. You feel it immediately when something is off, and you remember the people who get it right. It has been really rewarding to watch them build Olympic Bootworks over the years and develop things like the Heel-N-Loc footbed. It simply works. You feel more secure, more comfortable, and it has made a noticeable difference not only on the mountain but even in my son's soccer cleats. That level of consistency over this many years is rare. If you want your feet properly supported and your gear dialed in, Buck, Herschel, and the team are the people to see. For me, this place is more than a shop. It is one of those rare places that has been part of my family's journey for a long time, and that means something.
